Confusion

Villette blinked, looking around at the branches and leaves that rustled in the breeze.

The fallen leaves underfoot covered the otherwise hard ground underneath, like a thick carpet that was soft to step on.

She looked around where she was and had absolutely no clue where to start.

So she simply picked a random direction and took a step away from where she had just teleported.

She showed absolutely no signs of covering her tracks, not even lightening her footsteps, allowing the sound of her walking to be easily heard wherever she passed, as if she hadn't come to race, but rather to take a walk in these woods.

As the party acting as the hunter, she really didn't need to hide as carefully as the slaves.

She heard shrieks and groans from a short distance away and curiously followed the sounds.
