"Austin Graham, I was expecting your arrival before one of my boys informed me that you are already here," Elysian said as he walked closer.

Austin's face twisted in concern; he was worried that Elysian must have found out about everything that happened between him and the shopkeepers. For that reason, he might slash the price he had to pay for the stone.

Quickly, he faked a smile at Elysian and lied, "That's true. Some items caught my attention, and I got carried away. Hehe!"

Even though Elysian was aware of the truth, he didn't take Austin's dishonesty to heart. Elysian Gray had informed all the storekeepers that he needed a black opal. Since the price Elysian attached to it was captivating, they had all been searching for it.
