The Memory Effect

Kent woke up sweating.

He was now inside the Sword Gate, surrounded by the two lolis, Gaia and Akira.

"What happened?" he asked calmly, but the mood and aura around him were different. Gaia was happy, and Akira was not smiling, though she was happy.

She predicted Kent would remember his life as the Chaos Dragon, but from the sharp aura around him, it was no secret he had just returned from the memory of him as a swordsman.

"One minute, you entered the door; the next, you appeared here. It was a couple of seconds at best," Gaia said, making Kent raise an eyebrow.

"A couple of seconds?" he asked.

"Yes, Master. You entered, and before we knew it, you were back inside the Sword Gate. It all happened so fast," Akira answered this time, making Kent sigh.

'I was there for a couple of minutes...At least that is what I remember.' He said to himself

He stood up and walked toward the Sword of Enlightenment.
