Kent said, looking at the jade box in his left hand and the dark-covered manual in his right. 

He then went ahead and retrieved another item, which was the history of the Voidlings he received in one of the four quests.

They are all for Ingrid, who, according to Gaia, possesses the Void Eyes that only belonged to a race that went extinct many years ago.

"I want you to create a path for Ingrid using this. Do it just like you did for Selene." He gave the Path of the Void to her. 

"Also, use this to create a path for Neomi. And don't worry, you have free access to my tower points so make them look good."
