Sonia's POV
I stepped out of the car with a satisfied smirk curling my lips, my arm comfortably linked with the man. The man was useful and predictable. His influence would keep my path to victory smooth, and his adoration—though its disgusts me—will serve my purpose quite nicely.
As I caught sight of Isabelle, standing there with her with prying curiosity, I was surprised for just a bit. Why am I eve scared that she is aware of this. No one knows about my engagement with William, my fiancée. I stole him fair and square and he is still useful for my goals up ahead.
With my chin held high, I walked past her. I already have something against her. And soon, I will get rid of her, just like I did to Ruby.

It was the second round of the competition. The host said that we could demand anything from any of the competitors if we win. Of course Isabelle turned to me.
