In every world, it is a common fact that if you don't jump to a higher building, you will always live under the shadows of the taller building, unless you are lucky enough to crash while attempting to jump over.
As a hitman in his past life, Gu Mickey knew this fact very well.
Waking up in an anime he last saw 6 years before his death, where kind sages were the first devils and demons were even more sinister, Gu Mickey must use the power hidden among his discarded F-grade talent to rise to the top and find a way back home with his abilities intact.
"Earth is a place where everything appears fine on the surface, but you can't help but wonder what secrets lie hidden behind closed doors. Why would I want to be anywhere else?"
The writing quality is good on most parts, and the story develops at a speed one can understand. The characters to me all evil...just were did the kind people go? Even those named kind, are doing something bad in the background. Although, the Mc develops gradually, we still have to see more about the side characters. The world building is fine if not great
The novel is hilarious and the character development is intense. Reading it might actually uplift you, but it has a darker side to like that song 'Bullet' from 'Hollywood Undead'. I have never seen a novel that supports death than this. The weak to strong tag, supports that if you do not get strong just kill yourself.
I love the fact it has vivid scenes and I love Mickey as a character I love that he's self dependant and not some useless character Overall the book is nice
Things are getting great, the novel's future is so bright... Don't be fooled by the Mc's hilarious name Mickey, the man is dark, like dark. The world is dark too. Although it is fantasy it includes many of the things we experienced in our everyday life.
