One by one, the board members talked about their agreement, and Lena smiled, her confidence was really obvious.

"Thank you, I will make sure the implementation plan is actually ready by the end of the week." she said, concluding the meeting.

As the board members went out, Elias remained seated, his gaze was really fixed on Lena.

"You handled that beautifully," Elias said when they were alone.

"Coming from you, that means a lot." Lena said as she glanced at him, a small smile was on her lips.

"You have come a long way, Lena, watching you today... it is clear you have really found your footing." Elias said, his tone was very warm.

"Thanks, but there is still so much to learn." Lena replied, her smile was widening.

"And you will," Elias said much confidently.

Lena left the room but Elias was still in the room watching after her and thinking about how far they had gone.
