After finishing,
God looked around, and with just a thought, everything started to come back together. The destroyed omniversal layers, except the ones protected by His barrier, began to restore themselves. The Heavens, which were shielded by Michael, remained untouched. The DxD world, also under Michael's protection, and the Tensura world, which was surrounded by Zelda Way's barrier, were safe too.
As everything returned to how it was before, God gave a small nod. Then, without a word, He teleported to the Third Heaven of DxD—basically Heaven itself. Once there, He called for a angels present there , including the True Dragons, Velzard and Velgrynd. As soon as His presence was felt, everyone gathered before Him, their expressions filled with awe and curiosity.
All the angels in Heaven—around two million—gathered. Velzard and Velgrynd arrived as well, while Samael was still in the Tensura world, taking care of things there. Michael and the others stood before God, their expressions serious.
God looked at them and spoke in a calm yet commanding voice. "My children."
At His words, everyone immediately straightened, giving Him their full attention.
God then called out to Michael, Ramel, Namael, Kerkubel, Barakil, Shanayil, Ramayil, Namayil, Janayil, Umayil, and several others—30 angels in total. As they stepped forward, Michael asked, "Father, We have arrived?"
Michael's voice was filled with concern. "After the fight... what about the Omniversal layers? They lost their representations. How will those worlds continue to function?"
God simply smiled. "That is why I brought you all here. You will rule them now."
The angels were stunned. "What?!" They all spoke at once, disbelief in their voices.
"Yes," God confirmed. "I grant you the authority to become the new representations of creation for those Omniversal layers."
Everyone was silent, processing what He had just said.
"Go now," God continued. "Rule over them. Make those worlds prosper. The previous representations rebelled and tried to steal power from these Omniversal layers, but don't worry—I have restored everything. Your task is simple: guide these worlds, create life within them, and nurture and Create your own children."
The angels were still in shock, but they accepted their new roles. One by one, they stepped forward and entered their respective Omniversal layers.
Michael was assigned the 99th universal layer, the same layer where Azura shah representation once existed. As he entered, the others did the same, each one bonding with their new domain.
For the first time, Michael felt it—an overwhelming power, the ability to shape reality itself. He looked around, sensing the boundless strength flowing through him.
"So this is what Father feels like..." he thought.
For the first time, he truly understood the power of God—a power so absolute, so limitless, that nothing was beyond reach.
Meanwhile, in the Tensura World…
As Samael , Guy Morningstar, and Feldaway dropped the barrier that had been protecting the world. After a month, Rudra finally returned—having defeated and killing the monsters and officially becoming a True Hero.
As he arrived, Rudra felt something strange in the air.
"Sensei… I sense something different before becoming true hero. What happened?" Rudra asked, his instincts on high alert.
Samael , trying to brush it off, casually replied, "It's nothing major. You'll find out later." He was clearly trying to change the subject.
But Lucia, who was standing behind Rudra, noticed the awkwardness. She was curious, but for now, she decided to keep quiet.
Rudra then turned toward his teacher again. "Sensei, when I evolved into a True Hero, I received an Ultimate Skill called Uraiel. Do you know how I can use it?"
Samael froze for a moment. Why? Because the skill's name took inspiration from his brother.
"What…?" Sunile thought, a bit shaken.
Then, another thought crossed his mind. "Well, Father created many skills… so it wouldn't be strange if he named some after my five million siblings…"
At that moment, Samael spoke up.
"Okay, Rudra. Well, your skill, Uraiel, is mainly a attacking Skill" Samael explained.
Rudra listened carefully but frowned slightly.
"Sensei… I want something more.Uraiel has all basic power u told me with Fire generation and Manupulation and fire to bur the Souls "
Samael raised an eyebrow. "More? More of what?"
Rudra took a deep breath and said, "I want to unite the world. Where I can stop time and create a barrier, like you said… but I want to have enough defense power. I need something that lets me fight properly, too."
Hearing this, Samael sighed.
"Alright. I'll give you a new skill."
Samael then contacted the Voice of the World.
"Lord Samael, what do you need?" the Voice of the World asked.
Samael didn't hesitate. "Take away Rudra's Uriel skill and give him the Ultimate Skill Justice King Michael."
"It shall be done."
Suddenly, only Rudra heard the Voice of the World announce:
"The Ultimate Skill Uriel has been removed. The Ultimate Skill Justice King Michael has been granted."
Samael nodded in satisfaction.
"Here, look at this," he said, turning to Rudra. "I've given you a new skill—it's far stronger than Uriel. It has the strongest barrier, second only to my father, my siblings, and me. It can tell you anything you need to know since it has some sentience. Oh, and one more thing—you can create an army of angels with it. Not real angels, but warriors made purely of power."
Rudra's eyes widened as he processed all this new information.
A new path had just opened for him.
Explanation of Abilities
Ultimate Skill: Uraiel → Mainly a Attacking skill {It's different from Uriel from tensura}
*Creates barriers.
*Fire creation and manupulation (1 trillion degree celcius highest IF MASTER )
*Doesn't have strong offensive abilities.
Ultimate Skill: Justice King Michael (From Tensura)
*Has one of the strongest barriers.
*Possesses a sentient Angel that can provide knowledge.
*Can create an army of energy-based angels (similar to how Velda could summon angels).
Offers better attack power compared to Uriel.
