"I'm... full, we should... get going," Natasha mumbled, her words slurring slightly. The wine was hitting her hard now, making her head feel light and her body unusually warm. She pushed against the table to stand, but the moment she got on her feet, her legs buckled.

Drogen moved fast, his hand shooting out to catch her before she could collapse. Her body pressed against his, her warmth seeping through his clothes.

Her breath hitched as she looked up, eyes glassy but still aware. His arms were solid around her, steady, secure. Her heart pounded, she had missed this feeling, of being held in his arms, being so close to him.

"You can't even walk straight," he murmured, voice low, almost amused.

She frowned, pushing lightly at his chest. "I'm fine." She couldn't remain close, or she might break the promise she made to herself.
