(Talent and potential are similar but have some differences. It will be more detailed in the future.)

Wano Country—A unique and isolated region.
It is entirely surrounded by waterfalls and cliffs, resembling a towering mountain in the middle of the ocean.
To enter Wano, one must ascend these waterfalls, leading to an inland sea. The region comprises two islands: the main island and Onigashima.
The main island is divided into six areas: Kuri, Kibi, Udon, Ringo, Hakumai, and the Flower Capital.
Within Wano, samurai warriors act as protectors, creating a formidable defense from within.
Externally, the natural terrain and violent storms make entering or leaving a near-impossible feat.
However, for people like Linlin, entering from the outside was hardly a challenge.

Joey glanced at Lone Wolf, who knelt trembling on the ground before him.
"So, this is all your treasure?" Joey asked.
"Yes!" Lone Wolf nodded frantically. "Sir, we're just a small pirate crew. This four hundred million Berries is everything we have! As for Devil Fruits, we don't have any—we could never obtain something like that!"
"Alright. Get lost," Joey said dismissively, waving his hand.
"Thank you, sir!"
The Wild Wolf Pirates quickly fled, looking as though they had narrowly escaped death.
Linlin hid the ship before lifting Joey into her arms and leaping onto Zeus.
Although Zeus couldn't sustain long-distance flights, crossing a waterfall in one go was no issue. Soon, they had successfully landed in Wano Country.
"Mom," Joey instructed, "create some small Homies to gather information. Also, keep an eye out for the Kurozumi clan."
Linlin nodded. "No problem."
With a casual wave, she created thousands of surveillance Homies, shaped like tiny flies. These Homies dispersed, spreading out across Wano.
Wano might be vast, but Linlin's abilities ensured the land could be thoroughly scouted within ten days or so.
As Linlin and Joey sat on Zeus, Linlin asked curiously, "Joey, are there any interesting Devil Fruits in Wano?"
Joey chuckled. "Of course. The Hebi Hebi no Mi, Mythical Zoan Model: Yamata no Orochi, and the Paramecia-class Fude Fude no Mi, the Painting Fruit, are both exceptional Devil Fruits."
"Wow!" Linlin exclaimed with a childlike grin. "So those are some amazing Devil Fruits!"
"They are," Joey agreed. "The Painting Fruit would be perfect for Perospero. His creativity, craftsmanship, and artistic abilities are outstanding."
With a satisfied smile, Joey added inwardly, "With the Painting Fruit, Perospero could fully realize his potential. He's already capable of creating candy-based structures, elevators, and art just by using the Lick-Lick Fruit."
While the Lick-Lick Fruit was decent, it paled in comparison to the possibilities offered by the Painting Fruit, which was a truly top-tier Devil Fruit when developed properly.
As for the Yamata no Orochi Fruit, it didn't even require explanation.
Its Mythical Zoan lineage alone made it remarkable. The fruit granted the Kurozumi Orochi resilience beyond compare—surviving decapitation multiple times was proof enough of its power.
Linlin tilted her head in confusion. "Perospero has that much talent? How come I never noticed?"
"…"
Joey's face froze. Talent? Calling it mere talent was an understatement. It was pure, unparalleled genius!
Through Joey's efforts, Perospero had been taught by countless exceptional instructors. Even at his young age, he was already growing into an extraordinary individual. Every teacher marveled at his creative prowess in art and engineering.
And yet, Linlin, as his mother, hadn't noticed a thing.
"I have a lot to do," Joey sighed inwardly. His mother was utterly unreliable.
Thinking about Katakuri, Joey couldn't help but sympathize. The struggles of being both father and mother to his siblings made sense now.
With Linlin's abilities, none of her children should have been weak. If she had been remotely diligent in raising them, even her less-talented offspring would easily reach Vice Admiral-level strength.
Yet Linlin had always been a hands-off parent, leaving her children to fend for themselves.
Joey shook his head and muttered, "Mom, you don't have to worry about any of this. Just focus on becoming stronger. Leave the family and Totto Land to me—I'll make your dreams come true."
Linlin beamed, nodding enthusiastically. "Alright, I'll leave it to you!"
"…"
Joey felt tricked somehow. Looking at his mother's innocent, childlike smile, he could only sigh. Well, if he had been deceived, so be it. What could he do about it anyway?
Over the next ten days, Linlin's surveillance Homies gathered a wealth of information about Wano's current state.
They also located the Kurozumi clan members, including the young Orochi, who was still on the run.
Meanwhile, Kurozumi Higurashi and Kurozumi Semimaru had already arrived in Wano.
Listening to the reports from the fly Homies, Joey mused, "This is promising news. Those two elders have already entered the scene. Based on the timeline, Kozuki Oden should be about eight years old right now."
As Joey pondered the unfolding situation, Linlin happily munched on sweets.
After all, for the Charlotte family, leaving home without desserts was unthinkable.
