The transformation and growth between Nagi Seishirou and Mikage Reo was something Shinichi had no idea about.
After all, at this very moment, he had far more important matters to deal with.

Streams of mysterious energy emerged from the void and surged into Shinichi's body.
A warm current coursed through his limbs, while his mind flooded with countless emotions:
Admiration for his overwhelming strength.
Awe at how he's crushed an entire generation.
Hope for the greatness he might achieve in the future...
Each and every feeling poured into his heart, yet faded in the very next instant.
Tens of thousands of emotions — longing, reverence, expectation — and yet not a single one weighed him down.
"I've never really cared about doing things for others… but being looked up to like this doesn't feel too bad."
Rather than focusing on the attribute points — which he had once valued above all — Shinichi closed his eyes, silently embracing the moment.
When he opened them again, his voice was calm but resolute.
"Then in the second stage of the New Hero Battle... I'll take the title of World No. 1."
This wasn't arrogance — it was a clear, unshakable recognition of his own strength.
He might not be the absolute best in every area.
There were top-tier strikers in the world who could outgun him in pure firepower, and playmakers who might outclass him in orchestration.
In terms of defense, he was solid, but without a total edge in physique, he was merely first-rate.
But when all those skills were combined...
Shinichi could say with full confidence: he had already surpassed Snuffy in overall ability.
"The new generation has stagnated long enough. Let me be the one to force open the door to the next era."
Even as he said that, he still checked his updated stats out of habit.
The system had clarified that this wasn't the final settlement, which would come after the New Hero Battle concluded.
This was a reward based on the two traits he had unlocked in the previous round of evaluation:
[A Beautiful Boy of the Sports World]
and
[Evergreen Legend].
These traits would trigger evaluations twice per stage — meaning that even if the Blue Lock story came to an end and system settlements stopped, he would still receive attribute bonuses each season from these two traits alone.
"As expected, even though the direct combat strength didn't rise that much, red-tier traits are just built different. Just one round of settlement already gave me this many points," Shinichi muttered, satisfied.
He understood very clearly — in the world of global football, he was still a blank slate.
Right now, earning achievements and admiration was easy, precisely because no one really knew him.
But once the world started recognizing his name, the bar would rise.
Accolades would become harder to earn.
Admiration would be more difficult to spark.
In other words, now was the time when the two traits — Beautiful Boy of the Sports World and Evergreen Legend— would yield the highest returns.
After two or three more evaluations, the stat bonuses would begin to taper off significantly.
Even so, Shinichi was already more than satisfied.
Both traits came with passive effects beyond just point gains — just that alone had exceeded his expectations.
And when he opened up his personal status panel, although he hadn't unlocked any new skills, the changes in his attributes were nothing short of dramatic.

Player: Kanzaki Shinichi
Gender: Male
Height: 183cm
Strength: 99 (91 + 8)
Speed: 100.4 (97 + 7) [Bonus Trait: (1) Agility Shift]
Jumping Ability (Vertical): 96 (87 + 9)
Flexibility: 100.1 (87 + 14) [Bonus Trait: (1) Unshakable]
Mental Fortitude: 97 (86 + 11)
Intelligence: 98 (88 + 10)
The Beautiful Boy of the Sports World trait had granted Shinichi 10 bonus attribute points. Of those, 2 points were allocated to Strength, another 2 to Speed, and surprisingly, the remaining 6 were dumped into what had previously been his weakest stat — Jumping Ability.
But rather than feeling pleased, Shinichi found himself conflicted by this distribution.
Had those 10 points been spread out more evenly, he could've used his 7 remaining custom points to push one of his nearly maxed stats to 100 and experiment — perhaps see if something special would happen when reaching a clean 100 in Speed.
But with so many points loaded into Jumping, he couldn't fully max it out nor push another stat any higher.
"Oh well. There's always next time."
Though it didn't quite go the way he hoped, Shinichi remained calm.
After all, he had originally planned to face off against Noah using only his base stats. These bonuses were unexpected gifts. He wasn't about to complain.
And once he assigned his custom points, every single stat — except Jumping — had crossed the 100 mark.
Even his lowest stat had reached 97, just 3 points away from achieving something no one else in the world could claim: breaking 100 in every athletic attribute.
