A Surprising Trip in Japan

After nearly seven hours of flying non-stop, he landed at Tokyo Narita International Airport.

With eyes slightly down casted, Hasegawa San removed his coat.

He undid his seatbelt with a shaking finger.

A sudden departure from his seat had the man sitting beside him puzzled, causing him to frown in confusion.

Upon embracing her wife when he met her at the arrival area, his eyes were somewhat damp.

"Akiko is gone, dear." Keiko San profusely cried.

He kept his eyes shut afraid that he would unwittingly shed his tears as it might upset her wife, Keiko.

Because she once said to him, she didn't like it when a man cries.

In such torment and too much pain, crying is worth it! --- but he kept his promise.

"Let's go! I'd like to see my daughter!" he sharply shouted to the household bodyguards who comes along with her wife.

The rapid shift in Hasegawa San's demeanor slightly frightened everyone.
