The Saint and Empire's Prince

When Esther arrived with Amanda, she had followed her up past the common folk and up the stairs, leading towards a private lounge.

As the entered the door, the ladies in the room had already been chatting about with sparkling wine in there hands as they had paused to look to see who had entered

" Mandy!" As the women huddled over Amanda

As the noblewomen all greeted, they noticed Esther. The rumored woman who had been adopted by the Marquis family. When a woman with honey blonde hair and dark drey eyes spoked up

"My goodness Lady Amanda, We look away for a moment and your already bringing in strays." As Francesca hid her taunting smirk behind her white laced fan.

"Pardon me Lady Francesca, I just figured I would show her around. Including the places that are high society." As Amanda raises her fan as well.

" That is Saint to you. Well, I guess it doesn't hurt to show hospitality. I just did not think that you would bring in such a lowly creature. Did your parents ever teach you not to talk to peasants?" As Francesca looked Esther up and down.

Esther grinned as wide as such could. " A Saint?" As she laughed

"Ha, that is correct. Our Empire has received a prophecy that a catastrophe will come about when an unwelcomed unalive woman walks among us." As The Saint spoke outloud to the women surrounding them in the room.

As Francesca turned back to the women before her.

" I realize this woman appears to be normal to you, though with I. With the the power of my light magic. am able to see this woman covered in a dark aura " as Francesca closed in on Esther.

"You are not welcomed, Dark one. Go back where you came from, or with the power of our Goddess, Arianna. We will make sure you are expelled. Whether your alive or dead." As Francesca closed her fan.

" Well Saint, that was a very lovely greeting. Though, I have no idea what you mean. I'm just an ordinary human. Perhaps your only seeing things? "As Esther smiled warmly

" Your trickery will not work on us! Now begon before I force you to leave!. " As The Saint raised her hand , causing a white light to appear.

Before Francesca could land attack, Esther had already swiftly dodged.

"I don't feel like it though?" As Esther curved her lips up

Francesca tried to land another hit, after grabbing her staff and unleashing a divine power.

Esther, who also wanted to test out her new powers unleashed one of her new abilities. The dark flame, hell flare.

As the two powers collided, it resulted in an explosion and destroying the whole facility while Florence protected the people using a barrier.

As the smoke was evaporating, the people who had been passed by the cafe witnessed the scene and started causing a huge commotion.

As the citizens began to crowd around the dusty area, a blonde woman with pink eyes came into view that were widened as if she found a new toy to play with.

The standbys who looked for an answer, had received one from one of the young women who had been in the same room as the two women.

The people looked around amongst themselves and began to whisper, "There's a monster in the capital."

Esther sighed to herself, as she listened.

" Miss Saintess. I really believe you have the wrong idea, I do not know who you think that I am. I am just an ordinary woman. " As Esther shrugged

"We do not allow vile creatures to walk among us." As Francesca looked up and down on Esther, trying to catch her breath from using up her magic

Before Esther could speak, the two women were interrupted by a young male who seemed to be in his early 20s. Jet black hair, with 1 purple eye and 1 red. Dressed in white royal attire while his body was toned, leaned and just built like a swordsman would be. This man had been cloaked with black cap

"Excuse me ladies, might I speak a few words?" As the man lowered his covered, showing his face.

"P...Prince Ethan" as the Saint widened her eyes to the suprise

As soon as everyone noticed who it was everyone gasped expect for Esther. , who remembered the man she would potentially become engaged with.

"Lady Hamilton, I understand you are able to get your prophecies from the Goddess herself. But I also have the ability to tell the future, and right now I must ask you to refrain from pushing this woman out. "

As Francesca snapped out of her trance, from the man she was deeply in love with

"Y..your Highness, this woman not belong here. please leave this matter to me." As Francesca boldly kept her eyes on Prince Ethan

"While you do a great job keeping our Empire safe, it is not up to you who stays and goes. As I've said before, you are to not send this woman away. Am I clear, saintess?" As Ethan stood firm

Francesca sighed I'm frustration, " Yes, Your highness"

Esther who had watched the Prince put a stop to the Saint, had already begun to approach her.

As Ethan looked like at his future wife to be, couldnt help but feel excited. He finallyvwas able to see the woman that had already known about due to his ability to see the future.

Though because the crowd was still surrounding them. He wanted to keep his front he just had moments ago.

"My apologizes my lady, if you wouldn't mind. May I ask you to accompany me a bit? I understand you are new here. So I would love to show you around." As Ethan held his hand out to her

Esther who began to grin, " I guess I have no choice, since I am not welcomed. " As she held the hand and exited with the prince

Francesca who had watched the two disappear, knew exactly what was to come about this woman.

When Francesca was a young child. Say about 10, she and Amanda had been visiting the Prince at the Royal Palace when she discovered Ethan had a special ability.

Francesca found Ethan alone one day, speaking to his male playmate. Walker, he told him he saw his future and that he would one day marry his destined partner and that he knew she would the wife of many others and that she had mission to fufill

Of course Ethan left out the part, she wasn't human. Because he knew that anyone in the Empire that wasn't human was looked down on.

After Francesca listened to Ethan's private conversation, She wasn't going to accept it.

Then the moment she saw Esther, she really could see the overwhelming power that emanated off of her. She could tell that Esther was indeed powerful, and that it was a dark source of power.

Francesca took it into her own hands to deal with the woman who wasn't fit to be with the prince.

" I won't accept it" as The Saint began to boil to the seductive tramp

Amanda, who watched the scene unfold had been sweating since the moment they arrived at The now destroyed Cafe.

"Mandy" Francesca spoke up

"Y..yes, lady Saint?" As Mandy couldn't look straight

"Come back with me to the temple, we musf report her to the high priest. there are things we must discuss." As Francesca, composed herself back to her usual self.

"Yes, Lady Saint" as Amanda departed the area, climbing on the a carriage for the temple with Francesca

While the women left for the temple, Esther was in a restaurant that had been reserved for just the two of them.

After Ethan placed the order, he turner back to Esther.

" I hope you do not mind that I have intruded on the conversation between you and the saintess, and I realize our meeting wasn't super to take place until tomorrow. " as Ethan happily gestured

"Well, seeing how hostile the lady must of been. I guess there was no sense of reasoning with her. Thank you, Your highness. " As Esther bowed her head.

"Why are you bowing? Are you not already a Queen of the outskirts of the empire? " As Ethan received a wine bottle from the staff and began to pour

Esther sighed " How did you aquire about that?"

"Well, since you and I will become closer. I will tell you, I have the ability to see the future and in my powers from a young child, I saw you in my future. " As Ethan glanced at Esther

She was indeed breathtakingly beautiful, Ethan had hoped her woo her when the finally met. At the very moment, his heart had been skipping a beat.

Esther stroked her lip as she thought about what he was saying " so, you saw me coming huh?"

Then Esther spoke again as she met Ethan's gaze " What did you see with me in your future?"

As the servers began to bring out there plates.

"Well, you had your own royal palce along with your other 6 husbands. Including me, though it wasn't here. We were in a war with the church and Emperor. ( my father and mother) where you ruled, you began a new Empire, with thousands of followers and allies who just absolutely adored you. "As Ethan went on

"So, your telling me you were there but this is where you reside. Why would you come with me? Are you not the prince if this nation?" As Esther only drank her wine

"I have a secret that no one knows" as Ethan looked around to the possible servant's near by

Esther realizing what he was after, she manipulated the brains to scattered, leaving them to separate from them

Ethan who noticed her strong hypnosis magic, spoke up once more " I can't stand this Empire."

"Ah" as Esther finished her glass, Ethan poured her another

" The citizens here are no better then the devil themselves. For those who looked down on the humanoid creatures, I do not forgive those who inflict inhumane behavior on those who are not able to defend themselves. It's disgusting." As Ethan clinched his fist

"I heard the first Emperor granted the merfolk the ability to walk, did he not?" As Esther cheeks began to flush due to the alcohol

Ethan, who had just met this creature found her appearance so adorable and chuckled

" That was decades ago, since then people had long forgotten the compassion the Empire had for its neighboring ally. The citizens here believe the merfolk have become extinct" as Ethan cut into his steak

As Esther thought of Zoey and the under water sealife and smiled to herself.

"I know you are not human, although I do not know what exactly you are. I ask you refrain from becoming involved with the saintess. I realize I am being forward, but you need to strengthen your forces before having a proper battle with her." As Ethan began to warn her

" What makes you think I'm not able to defeat her right now?" As Esther began to feel a little offended

Ethan who noticed her change of demeanor, quickly followed up to ease her mind " There's no denying you are powerful right now. The saint's power though is light magic, which is also abnormally strong. Your magic right now is dark magic. Is not?" As Ethan set down his silver

" That cliche? There are ways to overcome it, just as I have been able to co exist with the wolves." As Esther chuckled a bit

" That little , saintess you all have is nothing but a small obstacle, if you hadn't stepped in I would of been able to subdue her." As Esther stood up to leave

Before Ethan could say anything else, Esther finished by saying " I appreciate your concern on the matter. I do not need a man's input on who I can or cannot defeat. Thank you for the wine." As Esther instantly vanished from the restaurant.

Esther who had been angry, had become hungry from the lack of blood she hasn't received since arriving at the capital. Notice it became dark, and started to walk around the square when she saw a man began to follow her.

So Esther decided to play with him and lead him to an empty alley, and quickly jumped onto of the roof before he caught up to her.

Once the man entered , he looked around when Esther appeared behind him

"Are you looking for me? As Esther whispered behind his ear.

The man startled looked behind, and saw the woman with glowing pink eyes shinning down on him. He began to grin " of course i..."

*Slam!* Esther pinned the man against the wall behind him, " You should know, I like it rough"

As she began to trace her lips along the man's neck

The random man, who didn't expect her to turn the tables became excited, when he started to place his hands on her buttocks was interrupted by her next sudden movement.

Esther punctured the man's artery, and allowing the blood to flow into her mouth, down her neck until she finished every last drop.

Causing the man to collapse to the ground, eventually consuming his entire lifeline.

As Esther finished her meal, she thought *this will be a good present for that little Saint and her precious Empire.*

Esther left the scene with the body collapsed in the alleyway.
