Rani was twirling around the living room, her movements light and carefree. She wore a wide grin, occasionally letting out soft giggles as she hummed a cheerful tune.
Cali leaned against the doorway, arms crossed and an amused smile playing on her lips. "Mother, you seem… unusually happy today," she teased.
Rani spun around, wiggling her toes as if dancing on air. "Something good might happen soon," she replied cryptically, giggling like a schoolgirl. Her radiant expression made her look years younger.
Cali raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Care to elaborate?"
Rani simply shook her head, her giggles intensifying as she moved to the kitchen, humming all the while.
Since their taverns were doing so well, Rani had more free time to give her attention to Cali, and this was just another day like that.
