Panic in Zigalt

The grand chamber of the Zigalt royal palace was in chaos. The nobles and representatives from the Inquisition Church were gathered around the long mahogany table, their voices overlapping in heated arguments.

The air was thick with tension and the scent of burning candles, their flickering flames barely holding back the shadows of dread that hung over the room.

King Althar Zigalt sat at the head of the table, his crown slightly askew and dark circles under his eyes. His hand trembled as he gripped the armrest of his throne, his once-proud posture slumped under the weight of looming disaster.

Beside him stood Queen Seraphina, her face a mix of concern and disbelief as she surveyed the room. Since the death of the Queen Lyria, Seraphina had been acting as the major wife of King Althar taking the authority of making decision.
