Steve arrived at Manchester United, and a man in a black suit was smiling at him and said, "Boss, welcome to Manchester United."

Steve smiled politely at the man and said, "Thank you, Mr. Gill."

Steve was then escorted to his office by Mr. Gill.

When he sat on his chair, he looked at Mr. Armold and said, "Mr. Gill, I would like to have a meeting with Sir Alex, please."

Mr. Gill was taken aback by the request, but after a second he calmed down, and he quickly exited the office to call Sir Alex Ferguson.

Sir Alex and Mr. Gill were walking towards Steve's new office, and Sir Alex asked Mr. Gill, "So what kind of man is our new owner? I hope he is unlike those damn Glazers."

Mr. Gill shook his head and answered Sir Alex, "Not sure; I didn't have time to talk to him. After I escorted him, he asked me to call you to his office."

Sir Alex scoffed; he narrowed his eyes, and then he and Mr. Gill continued walking to Steve's office.

"KNOCK, KNOCK."

"ENTER."

Mr. Gill and Sir Alex entered Steve's office.

Steve cracked a small smile when he saw Sir Alex. He stood up and walked towards Sir Alex. He extended his hand to him and said politely, "Sir Alex, it is a pleasure to meet you. You worked very hard."

Sir Alex couldn't help but smile when he heard this. He shook Steve's hand, and the trio sat down.

Steve looked at Sir Alex and said, "Sir Alex, I called you here today because I want to know which direction the club should go moving forward."

Sir Alex narrowed his eyes and asked, "What do you mean?"

Steve smiled and started explaining, "I want to make Manchester United the greatest club of all time. You have been in the club since 1986; your understanding of the club will help us improve the club so that one day we can make Manchester United the greatest club of all time."

Sir Alex got intrigued when he heard this, and Steve continued, "I've always been a Man United diehard fan. Those damn Glazers used Man United to run away from their debt. It took me a while, but I finally bought Man United from them. Now I want to help Man United to reach new heights, but I lack your knowledge and experience."

Sir Alex smiled softly when he heard this, and Steve continued, "The club doesn't need to worry about debt. I already paid all the club's debt, but now I want to know what the club needs to improve to reach a new level. You have been at Man United for a long time, Sir Alex; I need to know your opinion."

Sir Alex nodded with a smile, his heart finally relaxed, and said, "Right now we need to improve our youth academy, training grounds, and training facilities."

Steve nodded. He looked at Mr. Gill and said seriously to him, "Mr. Gill, I want you to contact the best companies in England to start reconstructing the youth academy. I want the academy to be the best in all of Europe."

"Also, don't forget the training grounds and the training facilities while you are at it. I want it to surpass all the clubs worldwide. Failure is not an option. You don't need to worry about how much it will cost, but try to bargain with them."

Mr. Gill trembled with excitement and quickly exited the office.

Sir Alex smiled at Steve, and Steve smiled back at him. He then said to Sir Alex, "Sir Alex, I also want to talk to you about something else."

Sir Alex looked at Steve and nodded, and then Steve said to him, "I will be recruiting a young assistant coach for you soon. I want you to teach him and train him to be a great coach like you."

Sir Alex was surprised, and Steve continued, "The reason why I ask this from you is so our club will be ready when you decide to retire."

Sir Alex widened his eyes in astonishment. He then thought to himself, "This kid is incredible. The club will be in safe hands in the future."

Steve didn't know what Sir Alex was thinking, and he continued, "If we implement this idea, we will not need to worry about the players relationship with the new head coach after you retire. He will have enough time to know the players and befriend them."

"Also, he will have enough time to have a good understanding of the players habits, personalities, and their playing styles before he takes the helm from you. This way we will not need to look for a suitable coach for our team."

Sir Alex nodded his head with a smile on his face and said to Steve, "You are an incredibly smart kid. I am impressed. Let's do it."

Steve smirked and nodded his head at the same time Mr. Gill entered his office, and Steve asked him, "All done?"

Mr. Gill nodded with a smile and said, "Yes, boss, you will only need to finalize the contract."

Steve nodded his head in satisfaction and said to Mr. Gill, "Good, thank you, Mr. Gill. I have only two tasks left for you. The first task is I want to employ a new assistant coach as soon as possible. They must be young; it doesn't matter if they don't have experience, and Sir Alex is the one who is going to interview the new applicants."

Mr. Gill was surprised when he heard this and asked, "Boss, but why do you want to recruit a new assistant coach?"

Steve smiled when he heard this and explained his idea to Mr. Gill.

Mr. Armold was stunned at first when he heard Steve's idea, then he smiled widely, his eyes gleaming with admiration.

Steve then continued, "The second task that I want from you is to prepare a press conference for me tomorrow."

Mr. Gill nodded his head and replied to Steve, "Leave it to me, boss."

Quickly Mr. Gill left the office and went to accomplish the tasks that Steve entrusted him with.

Steve then stood up, walked to Sir Alex, and they shook hands again .

Steve then said to Sir Alex, "Let's make Manchester United the best club of all time, Sir Alex."

Sir Alex smiled and nodded.
