Chapter 10: Moving to a new home

Shawn was a very responsible person and wanted to make sure that everything went right while dealing with this new owner of the villa after all he would like to be in the good books of this owner. Who knows if he is able to make him happy. He may invest in some of the other projects of his or buy other products of Sky group company. So he wanted to have a cordial relationship with this new owner. He had already informed the name of new Owner to all the Sky group staffs who were there in the Sky Blue Mansion and instructed them to behave accordingly.

Prashant got up from his bed and checked the property papers which were their in the inner pocket of his shirt. He examined them and found that they seemed to be quite real and to further confirm that these were not fake he logged in to his home computer and checked internet website and examined the Property holdings website of the Greenview city which was the official website for all the properties in Greenview city to match the registration number and name on the Sky Blue Mansion Property.

After verifying the details he matched the registration number with the website which seemed to be correct and matching also it was his name mentioned in the Ownership details and he was shown as the owner of Sky Blue Mansion as per the website.

So he took his mobile phone and dialed the numbers mentioned on the property papers as he heard ringing sound twice before someone picked up the call at the other end. It was a female voice which answered the call "Sky blue mansion this is Jennifer speaking how may I help you?"

Prashant said "Hi I am Prashant. May I know the shortest route to come to the Sky Blue Mansion from the Outer Area of the Greenview city."

Jennifer and all her colleagues had already been briefed about the ownership status of the Sky Blue Mansion and knew that this Sky Blue Mansion which was the No. 1 Villa in the Middle region of the Greenview city had already been bought by someone named as Prashant Agarwal last night. 

Hearing the name Prashant she became a bit nervous since she was sure that this was the owner of the Villa calling at this moment and she wanted to make a good impression on him since she was just a receptionist in the Sky Blue Mansion which was huge and required hundreds of employees to manage it which included the maids, security guards, reception desk employees, gardeners, cooks etc. Which were all provided by the sky group corporation.

Jennifer asked in a shaky voice "Sir! May I have your full name please and the purpose of your visit."

Prashant said "Hi My Full name is Prashant Agarwal. I am the new owner of the sky blue mansion so I want to know the shortest route to sky blue mansion from the outer area of the Greenview city."

Jennifer helped Prashant with the accurate directions to the Sky Blue Mansion and then immediately alerted all her colleagues about the brief call of Mr. Prashant Agarwal who was the new owner of the Sky Blue Mansion.

Mr. Shawn who was the manager of the Sky group corporation who was looking into the sales of this Sky Blue Mansion was also alerted as he came and met with Jennifer and asked "Jennifer tell me all the details about what was enquired by Mr. Prashant. We have to make sure all his demands are met before he arrives here."

Jennifer said "Sir! Mr. Prashant had only asked for the directions to Sky Blue Mansion. But did not had any specific demands."

Mr. Shawn asked "Did he mention when he is arriving?"

Jennifer said "No Sir. He just asked about the directions that's all."

Mr. Shawn got angry and said "What you did not even enquire about the timings when he is coming? This is the difference between an experienced and and inexperienced employee. If someone experienced would have been sitting in the reception desk they would have asked for the extra details. Which would have helped us prepare in advance. Now we will not know when he will come and have to be on our toes all day. Anyways make sure that everything is prepared for the welcoming ceremony. I do not want any misses. Mr. Prashant should experience a grand welcome."

All the employees nodded in affirmation as Mr. Shawn went to prepare for the welcoming ceremony of the new owner.

On the other side Prashant had already got all the information about the Sky Blue Mansion and what will be the best route to travel since he had already decided to leave the outer area of the Greenview City. Since he knew that sooner or later Kane will come after him and his family. He was confident about himself that he could easily defeat Kane and all his men and could escape from them as well however he was not sure about his family.

He did not know if he will be able to save his Brother, Sister and Parents if Kane comes here in there apartment to attack them. So he must leave immediately. Also he could not go to the Police for protection because in this outer area of Greenview City there was a lot of corruption and Kane had already bribed all the Police men so even the Police will be adhering to the commands given by Kane. 

However this was not the situation in the Middle region of the Greenview City where the rules and regulations were quite strict and everything is monitored through CCTV camera after all the whole middle region was mapped with CCTV cameras to keep an eye on the criminals and the Police will reach in a moments notice there so it was relatively more safe for Prashant's family since though Kane had a mansion in the middle region of the Greenview city but he will not be able to at least harm his family.

But now one major task was there in front of Prashant before he could ready himself to move to the Middle region of the Greenview city and that was to convince his father and family to move along with him for which he explained them that he had a lot of savings which he accumulated since past five years of which he had invested some of it in shares and this brought huge profits. Hence he was able to accumulate so much money that now he had bought a luxurious home in the middle region of the Greenview city.

He felt bad about hiding the system from them however even if he told them about it no one would believe him and they might misunderstand him of making money through illegal means which will then prohibit him to rescue his family from Kane by escorting them to the Sky Blue Mansion. So it was in best interest of them to not know about the mysterious system.

His family also believed him after all he had always been a moral support to them and they looked up to him for support. Even his father Vikram trusted him a lot.

Vikram said "Son I am really proud of you that you have finally bought a home in the middle region of the Greenview City."

Sambhavi said "God bless you son. Hope you have more success in your life."

Mayank and Ria were already very excited about moving to a new home where they will not have to pay any rent since it will be their own home and also this was in the middle region of the Greenview city which will also elevate their status in the society and in their school.

Prashant simply booked a taxi for all of them and asked them to pack all of their important things which they needed to take apart from that the rest of the heavy things he arranged for a Movers company to pack them up and to be shipped to their destination on a small truck since they did not have much furniture in the small rented apartment however the little bit which they had were so valuable for them because they hold sentimental value for them as they can see their childhood memories in them.

Once the taxi arrived the family of five boarded it together and started their journey towards their new home. It took them around one and a half hours time to reach their new home the Sky Blue Mansion which looked to be massive in size.

The taxi dropped them in front of the Sky Blue Mansion and went. Vikram, Sambhavi, Mayank, Ria and Prashant all stood in front of the Sky Blue Mansion and were mesmerized by the sheer Grand decorations of the villa for a few moments. Only the gate of the villa was so big that it looked like it will fit their previous apartment easily.

Vikram asked "Son have we arrived at the right address. Is this where we are going to live."

Prashant said "Yes dad. This is our new home."
