The Raikage glanced at Darui and instructed,
"When we return to Kumogakure, issue a bounty for that kid. Put him on the hit list."
Darui nodded, asking,
"Got it, Boss. How much should the bounty be?"
The Raikage paused in thought before stating a number.
"Fifty million ryō."
"Fifty million?!" Darui exclaimed, clearly taken aback.
However, recalling Obito's terrifying strength, he quickly realized that fifty million wasn't excessive.
On the journey back, Darui silently compiled the intel he'd gathered on Obito.
[Uchiha clan origin. Apprentice of the Fourth Hokage. Possesses the Lava Release Kekkei Genkai. Proficient in Sage Mode.]

A lone Kumogakure shinobi was trembling as he looked around.
He was surrounded by Konoha shinobi, all of whom wore expressions that made it clear they were up to no good.
Just as things looked bleak, Kakashi arrived in time to escort him away, saving him from what could have been an unfortunate fate.

After Obito finished recounting the events, Minato gave him an approving smile.
"Good work, Obito. Go rest now, leave the rest to me."
Obito grinned sheepishly and nodded.
"Thanks, Minato-sensei."
As he left the Hokage's office, he hummed a strange tune to himself.
"Wagging tails and sniffing~ Eating snacks and drifting~"
His battle with the Raikage had made it clear to the latter that Konoha wasn't as weak as it might seem.
This led to the ten-year truce proposal. Of course, whether the Raikage would honor the agreement was another matter.
If Kumogakure ever thought it could suppress Konoha, they would undoubtedly attack again.
But that was a laughable thought to Obito.
"In a few years, we'll be so advanced we'll be piloting Gundams. I could solo your whole village!"

Obito focused on the system interface in his mind and asked,

"So," Obito had reasoned, "what if I beat up all five Kage and pushed the plot into overdrive? Would Heaven's Will loosen its restrictions on strength?"
With that in mind, he'd challenged the Raikage.

Feeling smug, Obito muttered to himself,

Shisui nodded warmly.
"Yeah, I just got back to the village and thought I'd visit you and Grandma."
Then, with a hint of regret, he added,
"Sorry I missed your engagement ceremony with Rin."
Obito clapped a hand on Shisui's shoulder.
"Haha, don't worry about it. Just don't miss the wedding!"
Shisui nodded solemnly.
"I wouldn't miss it for the world."
Grandma chuckled as she called from the kitchen,
"Alright, you two, the food's getting cold. Go wash up and sit down to eat."
The two nodded eagerly.
"Got it!"
