After the Unified Division meeting concluded, Dr. Jarir wasted no time. With Zafran's initial proposal in hand, he made his way directly to the Liaison Council's meeting room. Unlike the Unified Division meeting, which focused on tactics and operations, this one was strategic, involving the senior leaders of Fortex Intelligence who were responsible for resource allocation and major decision-making.

The room where the meeting took place was simple yet commanding. An oval table surrounded by holographic screens displayed the latest data on the Georgia dimension anomaly. Several members of the Liaison Council were already present, including the Director of Logistics, the Head of Strategy, and a technical representative from the Main Council.

Dr. Liora Kane, a member of the Liaison Council, opened the discussion. "Dr. Jarir, we've heard about the proposed new project from the Unified Division. Please explain in more detail."

Dr. Jarir stood and activated the holographic display showing the initial design of the new intergalactic ship. "This proposal was made by Captain Zafran, one of the leaders of the Time Travel Division. He suggests building a new intergalactic ship specifically designed to handle the extreme conditions of the Georgia dimension. The ship will be equipped with the latest technology, including energy stabilizers and high-precision navigation systems, far exceeding the capabilities of our current ships."

Dr. Liora examined the hologram carefully. "This looks ambitious. Does the Unified Division have the resources for such a project?"

"The Unified Division isn't working alone," Dr. Jarir replied. "This project will involve the Technology Division and the Multi-Galaxy Division. We've already received their commitment to support it. However, to proceed, we need approval from the Liaison Council and, ultimately, the Main Council."

Colonel Reinhardt, a member of the Liaison Council, raised his hand. "With all due respect, Dr. Jarir, our current intergalactic ships are already quite effective. Does the threat from the Georgia dimension really require a new design? This isn't the first time Fortex has faced extreme conditions."

Dr. Jarir answered firmly, "The Georgia dimension is not just an extreme environment. The data we've gathered shows that the anomalies there are highly unstable, involving gravity fluctuations, temporal disruptions, and foreign radiation that our current systems cannot detect. If we're to carry out missions there safely, we need a ship capable of surviving such conditions."

"And how long will it take to complete this project?" asked Director of Logistics, Amelia Greaves.

"Two months for the final design and initial testing," Dr. Jarir replied. "Construction could take up to six months, depending on material availability and the priority given to the project."

Amelia nodded, taking notes on her device. "This will require a substantial budget allocation. The Main Council will need convincing."

Dr. Liora glanced at her colleagues. "Before we present this to the Main Council, I want to ensure that the Unified Division fully supports this proposal."

Dr. Jarir smiled faintly. "The Unified Division agrees that this is the necessary step. Captain Zafran himself is willing to lead the project, and we already have support from both the Technology and Multi-Galaxy Divisions."

After a few more minutes of additional discussion, Dr. Liora tapped the table. "Alright, we will submit this proposal to the Main Council. However, Dr. Jarir, I want you to be prepared to attend the meeting with the Main Council to present the project directly. Make sure all supporting data is available."

"I am ready," Dr. Jarir replied firmly.

A few hours later, at the Main Council headquarters, Dr. Jarir stood in a much grander meeting room. The members of the Main Council were present, including the mysterious representatives known only as the Watchers, individuals with great influence over Fortex's strategic decisions.

As Dr. Jarir began his presentation, all eyes were on him. He explained the threat from the Georgia dimension, the potential risks, and the importance of the new intergalactic ship. When he finished, the room fell silent for a moment before one of the Council members spoke.

"We will consider this proposal," said the Chairman of the Main Council. "However, we want detailed reports from each involved division before giving final approval."

Dr. Jarir nodded, knowing that the first step had been taken. As he left the room, he felt optimistic. The new intergalactic ship project was now closer than ever to becoming a reality, a significant step toward addressing the threat from the Georgia dimension.
