Chapter 103: Settling the Bill

Before I could utter a word, Qin Long let out a resigned sigh and addressed Mad Kun.

“Mad Kun, he hasn’t cheated nor broken any rules. As long as he seized the dice with one hand, it’s not considered a violation…”

“Nonsense!” Mad Kun vehemently protested. “By your logic, if I snatched the dice into my hands, wouldn’t that mean I win automatically?”

Qin Long smirked, “And do you have a score? It’s the higher points that determine victory!”

Mad Kun fell silent, quickly at a loss for words. He understood the rules; he simply didn’t want to lose—especially not his precious teeth.

“Mad Kun, a wager is a wager. I hope you don’t lose your dignity or bring shame upon the Second Boss,” Qin Long stated coldly, his words carrying an unmistakable weight.

One could sense a certain dignity in Qin Long, characteristic of someone well-versed in the art of gambling. He abided by the rules, willing to accept the consequences.

Picking up the dice cup, Qin Long turned to leave.
