His fists, resembling massive mallets, rained down upon Tollan's face with unrestrained ferocity, striking like the relentless patter of rain. Tollan, like a marionette cut from its strings, fell limp and unconscious.

Yet Dark showed no signs of relenting, his blows continuing unabated. I refrained from intervening, for I understood Dark all too well. Tollan had incited him more than once, and now he had seized the opportunity to unleash all the pent-up fury within him.

Zou Tian, standing nearby, was as agitated as a distressed insect trapped in a hot pan. Unlike the second boss, he was genuinely concerned about his valuable subordinates.

Suddenly, Zou Tian turned to me, his voice rising in urgency. "Lupan, the outcome is already determined; command your man to cease!"

I remained cold and aloof, silent as a mere observer. As I continued to disregard him, Zou Tian's frustration finally erupted.
