“I want you to respect me, Eleanor.” Her voice firmed.

Eleanor's eyes flashed with anger, her face pale with rage. "How dare you address me by my first name?" she spat, her voice trembling with indignation. "You will address me as Mrs. King. Never Eleanor."

Eva stood her ground, her eyes locked onto Eleanor's. "I'm sorry, Eleanor," she said, deliberately using the first name again. "But I'm not going to pretend to be something I'm not. I'm Rafael's wife, and I'll address you as I see fit."

Eleanor's hands clenched into fists, her nails digging into her palms. "You will show some respect," she hissed. "I am your elder, and I am Rafael's mother. You will not disrespect me like this."
