"What is going on here?" Rafael turned towards them; he looked at his mother and then at Eva.
"Why don't you ask your wife Rafael? For a mere maid, she is insulting my guest, who had just come to meet her."
Rafael looked at Eva; there was no expression on her face.
"I am sorry, master; all this happened because of me," Elisa said, bowing her head.
"You don't need to apologize, Elisa; it's not your fault, Victoria; apologize to Elisa right now," Eva said again.
"Did you see the audacity of this girl? She doesn't even have the manners to talk."
