Aurora and Elijah stood frozen in terror as Mrs. Jersen began to chant in a low, hypnotic voice. The air around them seemed to grow colder, and Aurora could feel dark energy building up inside the room.Suddenly, the lights flickered and died, plunging the room into empty darkness. Its skin was deathly pale, and it seemed to be surrounded by a dark, swirling aura.Mrs. Jersen stepped forward; her eyes gleaming with a fanatical light. "Behold, the great Zorvath," she said, her voice dripping with reverence. "The one who has granted me power beyond my wildest dreams."Aurora felt a surge of fear as she realized the true extent of Mrs. Jersen's powers. She knew that she and Elijah had to get out of there, and fast. But as they turned to run, they found that the doors were sealed shut. They scrambled up the wall, the dark entity's angry roars echoing through the room as they desperately tried to escape. Finally, they reached the window and squeezed through the narrow opening just as the entity was about to grab them.As they dropped to the ground, gasping for breath, Aurora turned to Elijah with a triumphant grin. "We did it," she whispered. Elijah smiled back, his eyes shining with relief. We sure did." But as they turned to make their escape, they were confronted by a shocking sight—Scarlet, standing in the shadows, a sly smile spreading across her face. "Well, well, well," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Look what we have here. The dynamic duo, escaping from the clutches of the dark entity." Aurora's eyes narrowed. "What do you want, Scarlet?" she asked. Scarlet shrugged. "I just wanted to see if you two were as clever as you thought you were."Aurora felt a surge of anger. "We're not playing games, Scarlet," she said. "This is serious. "Scarlet's smile grew wider. "Oh, I know it's serious," she said. "But you're just making it more interesting."And with that, Scarlet turned and disappeared into the night, leaving Aurora and Elijah to wonder what she was planning next...
