Important Announcement: This Novel Is Not Abandoned!

First and foremost, I want to reassure everyone that I will not abandon this novel. I plan to finish it in the future with the same energy and speed as my current focus, which means you can expect lots of chapters when I resume posting.

For now, please leave this novel in your library (or add it if you’re new!) so you’ll be notified when new chapters start coming in.

Currently, I’m focusing on my second novel because I noticed many of you are enjoying it and asking for more updates. I’m committed to delivering the best for my readers, and that means channeling my energy into crafting top notch stories.

As someone who loves reading novels, I’ve spent a lot of time learning how to write stories you’ll love.

In the meantime, I invite you to check out my second novel, "They Hated Me in My First Life But Now I Have the Love System." I’m confident you’ll enjoy it just as much (if not more)!

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, this novel is part of my future plans, and I’ll be back with exciting updates soon.

CEO Anozie Olaedo never imagined her thriving empire would collapse, least of all due to her ex-fiancé’s betrayal.

Left with a broken heart, a shattered reputation, and few options, Olaedo reluctantly agrees to a marriage of convenience with Arinze Chibuzor, a cold, calculating business mogul.

For him, it’s a strategic move. For her, a lifeline. Their deal is simple: no love, no intimacy, just mutual benefit.

But as they navigate high-stakes business deals and navigate the storm of family drama, cracks begin to form in their carefully constructed walls.

Beneath Chibuzor’s icy exterior lies a man who sees through Olaedo’s guarded facade, and against their will, a spark ignites.

Then, a shadow from Olaedo’s past reemerges, a man she thought long dead. With him comes a truth that upends her world, revealing a legacy of unimaginable power and responsibility she never asked for.

Caught between a destiny she didn’t choose and a love she never expected, Olaedo must decide: will she rise to meet the truth of her origins, or will it destroy the fragile relationship she’s built with Chibuzor?

When the past collides with the present, and hearts hang in the balance, can love survive the ultimate test?

The novel is easy to read. Been observing for a while and the updates are everyday! I love that the characters weren't written to be perfect, instead they are reaching for perfection as the novel goes on. It's quite a realistic novel filled with educative parts, lots of comedy, emotions, POVs, flashbacks, real life experiences and how to overcome challenges. Learnt a lot so far and laughed till I spilled my drink!

Still here, still reading after some weeks since i started this novel. I'm most excited by the everyday updates. Waking up everyday or coming back from work, there's this guarantee that i will definitely get to read an update. I noticed that you don't have a contract yet. Chapter 20 wouldn't have been open if you did, right? But please keep going and don't you dare quit this novel!

Have read few these contract marriage, CEO, romance stories but this is well written. The plot is interesting and the way it’s described is pretty simple and easy to understand and doesn’t rushed up. Love the setting and composure of the writer. I highly recommend it.

Writing style is simple and easy to follow the story. Without giving too much away the characters are engaging and interesting to read and see what they decide to do next.

Personally, I think this novel is awesome! It's for everyone who loves a mixture of maximum entertainment and life lessons. I've read a lot of web novels, learnt a lot of life lessons from them, and this is one of those novels that teaches, sucks you into its world and moves your emotions while cracking you up! Give it a try and see for yourself 🤜🤛
