Abyss Draconis

If there was one thing Ryuk trusted to warn him of danger, it was his own body.

The most basic indicator was his body hair rising when danger was approaching, but now, with his heart pounding so much in fear, he couldn't just brush it off as nothing.

'But how?' he thought to himself. 'My strength is close to the Peak of the Cataclysm Stage. I am right now close to the peak of Absolute Power in Endearth!'

'Just how? How could I still feel fear from something that's not even in front of me yet?' He voiced his thoughts aloud, a bit of anger and confusion in his voice.

After he had exited the trial, he had thought himself to be truly strong now.

He had believed he could find some peace, yet now, barely a week later, he was feeling fear from something not in front of him.

"Huuuu!" A sharp inhale escaped him before it was released in a deep breath. In the next instant, Ryuk made his choice.
