"Sara's point of view,"
Oh crap, it's already too late.
He has returned home.
What should I say to him now?
Is he going to ask him where I have been?
I glanced at the screen on my phone.
I saw that he had sent four texts and missed twelve calls.
Oh God, please protect me from this man's fury. I didn't want him to see his angry side. I pleaded with God before taking the cab to Finge Mansion.
I spent the entire time mentally formulating an excuse to tell him.
But wait, why do I have to lie to him?
I visited my mother in the hospital, so I don't think I have anything to conceal. After all, he can not prevent me from seeing my mother. And what, exactly, is my fault? He didn't have time to listen to me in the morning.
Before leaving his residence, I called his office number five times, but he didn't answer. Upon my fifth attempt to reach his office, his assistant answered and informed me that Mr. Finge was now extremely busy and unable to speak to anyone. I could infer from her alluring phone voice what a crucial job he was performing in his office. Her voice is seductive, and her breath is heavy. These are likely the results of his intense sexual activity with her.
I don't know why, but when I imagined him with another female, my rage got the better of me, and I decided to leave his house without telling him. Fortunately, Rosy isn't at home to prevent me from going. However, he had closed the main gate to his home, trapping me inside.
I had no choice but to leap out the window to get away from his residence. I have to meet my mom today by any possible means. While I was jumping out of the window, a text message popped up on my phone.
Oh wow. He accepted my request and gave me a pay advance. I can now afford good clothing for myself. I initially went shopping for some nice outfits for myself, and after that, I had some of my favorite ice cream. I am grateful to him for paying me more than my three-month salary.
My mom was happy to see me. She was unaware of my contractual marriage, which I kept a secret from her out of respect for her and to avoid adding to her stress. She will recover soon. Upon meeting her doctor, she informed me that my mom's condition would improve soon, leading to her hospital discharge.
I looked at my phone for a while. Since it was afternoon, I could go back home without him knowing that I had left the house without permission.
Just a moment later, an unknown number called on my phone. I received the call with confusion.
"Sara, please help me; I am in trouble." I picked up the phone and heard Neil's anguished voice.
"Neil, what happened to you?" I asked him an anxious inquiry.
"Sara, please meet me. I require your assistance."
I received an address from him on my phone to meet up.
Why he wants to meet me outside of the city is beyond me. However, I was unable to refuse him. Perhaps he is deeply troubled, which is why he asked for my assistance. I wanted to call Aron and tell him everything, but I thought it would be better if I told him everything over dinner.
Despite my intense anger against Neil for his treachery, I was unable to resist lending him a helping hand because he had always supported me throughout my worst moments. The memory of our past experiences made my heart hurt to see him in front of me.
In what way could he have betrayed me?
I wanted to ask him why he suddenly betrayed me, but he told me the truth before I could ask. Neil never cheated on me; in fact, he called off his marriage. His father misled me.
Oh my god, why is all this happening to me?
Neil wanted me to get married to him soon. For him to soon tie the knot with me, he needed money to cover the cost of his internship. He had no idea that I was married to Aaron Finge on a contract basis. He departed after collecting his tuition fees, so I didn't get the chance to ask him if he would still marry me even if I lost my virginity to another man.
I'm not sure when I'll see him again, but one thing is for certain—he genuinely loves me. He did not deceive me. I'm glad to have the truth at hand.
I'm sure Aron will leave me soon because I have complete faith that eventually he'll grow tired of me, just like we grow tired of our favorite meal when we eat it every day.
To marry the love of my life, I must now wait for the day when Aron grows tired of me and throws me out of his home.
I joyfully exited the taxi and rang the Finge mansion's doorbell.
I was shocked to see that the main gate had already closed, so I bravely went in through the window.
Thank God, he didn't return home yet. I was relieved to find the house deserted. I walked into the kitchen to drink some water, and as my throat was too high, because of climbing through the window.
Now I have to change my clothes before his arrival so he doesn't have any doubts about me.
"Welcome home, Miss Grace."
I was on the verge of changing into a new outfit and heading back into his room.
His scary voice reverberated around the hallway.
Was he inside the house already?
When did he return?
I avoided turning to face him because of how frightening his voice sounded.
"Where were you today, Miss Grace?"
I felt a chill go down my spine at his icy voice.
I have to be honest with him, but the sound of his angry voice choked me.
"I was. I was..."
As soon as I saw him coming toward me, I stumbled.
"So, how was your date with your ex-boyfriend?"
He stepped in front of me and glared at my face.
I could tell he was angry by the look in his bloodshot, red eyes.
Oh no, he mistook me. I must correct his misperception.
"Aaron, I visited my mother."
I attempted to soothe his rage.
"I stated in my contract that you are solely mine, Sara Grace. You must now pay the price for your error because you violated the terms of the contract." He took hold of me and led the way to his playroom before I could clear his misunderstanding.
