Dark romance

Since he didn't get the reaction he was expecting from Mina he got angry. He left the room, and getting out of the room he saw Naarah.

" I knew it, can't you let one breathe without interfering," Naarah said.

Aaron wasn't in the mood for his cousin. He left the place to God knows where.

Being in the bathroom for almost an hour, Mina tried calming herself down. So what if he's here? She had to make sure she enjoyed her trip. Let's pretend he wasn't here. She got out of the bathroom, she wasn't surprised not to see Aaron, she knew she had hurt her ego. She dressed elegantly and went downstairs where she met Naarah who was also descending.

They both entered the dining room without uttering a word to each other. Aaron raised his head from his iPad when he heard the clicking of heels.

Mina sat far from Aaron's left side. Most of the time she sat either on his lap when it was breakfast or when it was time for dinner or sat right next to him, but this time she left two empty seats.

" Princess, aren't you in the wrong seat?" Aaron asked with a raised eyebrow

What was wrong with her? Is it because he was in France with her? Does she know how many times he's thought if her, he even rushed everything to be here with her and she was acting all cold.

"I prefer here," Mina said in a low tone, she didn't even look at him while answering.

Aaron clenched the wine glass, Naarah sense the atmosphere and interrupted.

" Mina, Silius is displaying another painting himself."

" Really?" Mina asked with a wide smile

Aaron was mesmerized to see that smile, he would do anything to see that smile every day.

" Since you're eager to see Silius work, why don't I drop you ladies."

" We are not babies Aaron, we can go on our own," Naarah said

Aaron shot her with a dead glare. Telling her to shut her mouth before he does something crazy.

" I won't be able to go today Naarah." Mina said out of the blue

She got up from her chair and headed upstairs. Naarah slammed the cutlery set on the table and yelled

" Great, just great. You came to my house unexpectedly and now you ruining our day. What is wrong with you Aaron?"

She tried her best to just ignore him, but he kept pissing her off. What's with him dropping us at the exhibition? Mina brushed her hands on her hair. She wishes she could just run away. But she couldn't. Her mother was still with him. Speaking of her mother, the private detective hasn't said anything. She was ready to call the detective when the door to her door was opened, which startled her. She hid her phone, making her look suspicious.

" What are you hiding princess?" Aaron bellowed

Aaron walked towards her like a predator ready to devour his prey.

" I won't ask again, what are you hiding?" Aaron asked again.

Seeing that she was about to deny it he held her neck.

" Tell me now, are you cheating on me with another guy?"
