A month had passed since she received the heartbreaking news about Aaron. She was discharged a week later - right after hearing the news.

"Miss Mina, there is still no evidence" she diverted her gaze away from the patio.

Her brow raised as she scrutinised the guard.

" Are you telling me she vanished into thin air?" she snapped

The guard stepped back. His muscular arms were behind him. He raised his head high to look at Mina but in a respectful way. But firm.

" My men are on it, Miss. We will find her."

" You better," Mina said

She walked past him into the mansion, her heels clicking slowly on the floor. Amanda went missing right after Aaron's assumed death. From what Mina had gathered, he was heading to Amanda- and now she was missing too. Mina approached Naarah who was cradling the cot.

"Look who's this Ellie. Mommy. Can you say mommy?"

A scoff left her lips.

" She is just a month, Narrah. My baby wouldn't be able to talk."

Mina took her from the cot. The baby kicked her feet and giggled when she saw her mother. Ellie- she wished Aaron were here to see this. Her heart twisted in pain when she looked at her daughter. Her little Ellie.

" Any information?" Naarah inquired

Mina shook her head. This was getting out of hand. The authorities are doing nothing about the case saying her baby daddy was dead. Mina had to take matters into her hands. She had taken Aaron's position. If the King wasn't there to rule. The Queen has to. And that was what she was going to do.

" Amanda is still missing. She probably isn't far from here. We have to find her."

Mina said determinedly.
