The regional capital was kind of different as compared to the other cities that Samuel had been in. It was not just in terms of the level of development of the city, in terms of both infrastructure and technology, but it was also related to the population.
When comparing the other smaller cities to the population that could be found within the regional capital, it could be said that it was the same as comparing the number of students in a school, to the number of sand on the beach.
The regional capital was extremely big, and if it was compared to the large scale cities, at least a dozen of the large scale cities were required in order to be able to form the same size of the regional capital.
Due to the size, it was clear that the population was also high. In real sense, most of the people really wanted to come to the regional capital. It was not that they were prohibited from doing that.
