Supreme Judgment!! "Absolute Justice" Reina

The air crackled, heavy and thick, not just from the unnatural storm that clawed at Loguetown, but from the sheer, suffocating presence of the woman named Reina. Her ice-blue eyes, devoid of discernible emotion yet holding the weight of countless judgments, were fixed on Nami. That fleeting, almost predatory smile was gone, replaced by an unnerving, placid calm.

"Bold words, little girl," Reina's voice, soft as falling snow yet carrying the chilling finality of an avalanche, drifted across the chaotic plaza. "Very well. Let us see the quality of this 'resistance'."

Reina moved.

It wasn't a burst of speed, not a blur of motion that the eye couldn't follow. One moment she was standing ten paces away, a pillar of white and silver against the bruised green sky; the next, she was simply there, less than arm's length from Nami, the intervening space seemingly ceasing to exist. The wind, which had been howling a moment before, seemed to momentarily die in her immediate vicinity, creating a pocket of unnerving stillness.

Nami's instincts, honed by a "year" of relentless, brutal training against KF23, screamed. Her body reacted before her mind could fully process the impossibility of Reina's movement. She threw herself backwards, a desperate, scrambling evasion, the rough cobblestones scraping her palms as she stumbled.

[DANGER! HOST IN IMMEDIATE PERIL! EVASIVE MANEUVER PARTIALLY SUCCESSFUL! ENTITY'S SPEED AND SPATIAL MANIPULATION EXCEED ALL PREDICTED PARAMETERS!] The System's internal alerts were a frantic, high-pitched whine in Nami's consciousness.

Reina hadn't attacked. She simply stood where Nami had been a split second before, her expression unchanged, her hands clasped loosely before her. The very air around her seemed to distort subtly, making the falling rain curve away from her pristine white coat.

"Quick reflexes," Reina observed, her voice still unnervingly calm. "A survival trait. But insufficient."

Before Nami could regain her footing, Reina moved again. This time, it was speed. A flicker, a whisper of displaced air, and Reina's hand, fingers outstretched, was aimed not at Nami's face or torso, but at a point just beside her head. Nami instinctively threw up an arm to block, but Reina's target wasn't Nami herself.

CRACK!

The sound was like a dry branch snapping, sharp and brutal. Reina's fingertips had brushed against the stone wall of a nearby shop, a mere glancing touch, yet a spiderweb of cracks instantly spread across the solid masonry, and a chunk of stone the size of Nami's head simply… crumbled into dust.

Nami stared, her blood running cold. That could have been her skull. That casual, almost dismissive touch had obliterated solid stone.

[WARNING! ENTITY POSSESSES EXTREME DESTRUCTIVE CAPABILITY! DIRECT PHYSICAL CONFRONTATION IS SUICIDAL!]

"You understand now, girl?" Reina's voice was still soft, but the underlying threat was as tangible as the grit of pulverized stone in the air. "This is not a game. This is judgment."

Nami's heart hammered against her ribs, a frantic drumbeat against the roar of the storm. Fear, stark and primal, threatened to paralyze her. But then, the image of Luffy, smiling in the face of death on that platform, flashed in her mind. The image of her crew, fighting desperately around her. The "year" of pain and effort she'd endured.

No. She wouldn't break.

"Judgment?" Nami spat, pushing herself to her feet, her legs shaky but holding. She wiped a trickle of rain and sweat from her brow, her eyes blazing with a desperate, furious defiance. "The only judgment I see is a bully in a fancy coat!" She launched herself forward, not with a direct charge, but with the deceptive, weaving footwork KF23 had drilled into her.

"Koku Arashi Sai!" she yelled, aiming a feint towards Reina's left, then exploding to the right, her fist driving towards Reina's exposed side.

Reina didn't even seem to turn. Her left hand, moving with an impossible, fluid grace, intercepted Nami's punch. It wasn't a block, not in the traditional sense. Reina's fingers simply… enveloped Nami's fist. Nami felt no impact, no pain, just an utter, absolute cessation of her momentum, as if her fist had plunged into a block of super-dense, unyielding smoke. And then, a cold, vice-like pressure.

Nami cried out as an agonizing pain shot up her arm. It felt like her bones were being ground together. Reina's grip was inhuman.

[STRUCTURAL STRESS DETECTED: HOST'S RIGHT FOREARM METACARPALS AND RADIUS AT CRITICAL FAILURE POINT!]

With a contemptuous flick of her wrist, Reina tossed Nami aside. Nami flew several meters, crashing heavily into a pile of overturned market crates, the wood splintering around her. Her right arm was a blaze of agony, useless. She could feel the sickening grate of broken bones.

"Courage is commendable," Reina stated, taking a slow, deliberate step towards Nami. "Foolishness is not."

Across the plaza, the chaos continued, though somewhat muted by the sheer oppressive presence emanating from Reina. Marines were battling Buggy's remaining men, and a few were still trying to intercept Zoro and Sanji, but their focus had shifted, their eyes nervously flicking towards the silent confrontation.

Zoro, with three swords, was a demon unleashed. He'd carved a bloody swathe through the Buggy Pirates who'd tried to swarm him after Nami's initial attack on their captain, then turned his attention to the seemingly endless tide of Marines. His Wado Ichimonji, Sandai Kitetsu, and Yubashiri sang a deadly song.

"Santōryū… Tora Gari!" (Tiger Hunt!) he roared, a downward X-shaped slash that cleaved through the shields and armor of two charging Marines, sending them sprawling with deep, grievous wounds. Blood sprayed, painting the rain-slicked cobblestones crimson. He moved with a brutal efficiency, each strike precise, each parry a testament to years of relentless training. He wasn't fighting with flourish; he was fighting to end threats, quickly and decisively.

He saw Nami go down, saw Reina's casual, terrifying display of power. A cold fury settled in his gut. "Damn it…" he snarled, disengaging from a Marine lieutenant he'd been dueling, leaving the man with a shattered sword arm and a look of pure terror. He started moving towards Nami and Reina, cutting down any Marine who dared to get in his way.

"Concassé!" A powerful axe kick slammed onto a Marine's helmet, the metal screeching as it dented, dropping the man like a stone. "Flanchet Strike!" A side kick to another's ribs elicited a sickening crack and a howl of pain. Sanji moved with a dancer's grace, yet each impact was brutal. He was surrounded by a knot of desperate Marines, trying to break through their cordon.

Then, he saw Reina. His eyes, like Zoro's, had been drawn by the sheer intensity of her presence. He saw her effortlessly disable Nami. His cigarette dropped from his lips, the lit end sputtering on the wet ground. "Nami-swan!" His usual love-struck expression was replaced by a mixture of horror and disbelief. But then, his gaze fixed on Reina herself. Even amidst the chaos, even with Nami injured, a part of Sanji's brain, the part hopelessly devoted to female beauty, registered Reina's striking, albeit terrifying, appearance.

"Mellorine…?" he breathed, a conflicted expression on his face. "Such power… such beauty… but… Nami-swan!" He started to move towards them, then paused, his internal code warring with his protective instincts. I can't hit a woman… but Nami-swan needs help! He settled for intercepting a fresh wave of Marines heading towards Nami's exposed position, his kicks becoming even more ferocious. "Get out of my way, you damn sea slugs! No one touches Nami-swan while Sanji is here!"

Usopp, from his relatively safe vantage point (cowering behind a very large, very unhappy Richie, who was now more scared of the storm and Reina than of Mohji's commands), had witnessed everything with wide, terrified eyes. He'd seen Nami's surprisingly effective attacks on Buggy and his crew, then her desperate, doomed charge against Reina.

"N-Nami…" he stammered, his teeth chattering. "That woman… she's a monster! A beautiful, terrifying monster, but still a monster! We gotta… we gotta do something!" He fumbled with his slingshot, his hands shaking so badly he could barely load a pellet. "Captain Usopp's Special Attack… uh… Super Scary Monster Repellent Star… coming right up!" He knew it was useless, but he had to try. He fired a random pellet in Reina's general direction. It veered wildly off course, probably hitting a distant seagull.

Buggy and his remaining crew (Mohji and Cabaji were still groaning in a heap) had seen enough. The lightning strike, Smoker, and now this terrifying white-haired woman who radiated an aura of absolute death… it was too much, even for the notoriously shameless clown.

"Retreat!" Buggy shrieked, his voice barely a squeak. "Bara Bara… ESCAPE! This town is cursed! Flashily cursed!" He and his terrified remnants began to scramble away, disappearing into the storm-lashed streets, leaving the Straw Hats to face the Marines and the new, apocalyptic threat alone.

Nami, propped on her good arm, watched Reina approach. The pain in her broken right arm was a searing agony, but the fury in her heart burned hotter. She could feel the System frantically suggesting escape, highlighting Reina's overwhelming power, the futility of resistance. But she ignored it.

Luffy… I have to protect Luffy…

As Reina closed in, Zoro finally reached Nami's side, his three swords held ready, his breath misting in the cold, rain-swept air. His single eye was narrowed to a slit, fixed on Reina with an intensity that matched her own. He radiated a dangerous, feral energy.

"Stay away from her," Zoro growled, his voice low and dangerous. He placed himself between Nami and Reina. "You want our captain, you go through us first."

Reina paused, her gaze shifting from Nami to Zoro. She took in his three swords, his battle-worn stance, the faint aura of bloodlust clinging to him. "The swordsman," she stated, a hint of something almost like professional interest in her tone. "Roronoa Zoro, I presume. Your reputation, though nascent, precedes you."

"Don't know what you've heard," Zoro said, his muscles tensed, ready to explode into action. "But you're not touching our navigator. Or our captain."

Reina's lips curved into that same, chillingly calm smile. "Such loyalty. Admirable. Misplaced, but admirable."

She moved. Faster than Zoro could track. One moment she was there, the next she had bypassed his guard, her hand outstretched, not towards him, but towards Nami again.

Zoro reacted on pure instinct, a desperate lunge. "Santōryū…"

But he was too slow. Reina's open palm connected with Nami's chest. It wasn't a punch, not a strike meant to break bones. It was a push, but a push backed by an unimaginable, focused force.

Nami felt the air leave her lungs in a violent whoosh. It was like being hit by a rogue wave, an invisible battering ram. Stars exploded behind her eyes. She was lifted off her feet and sent flying backwards, crashing through the already damaged wall of the shop she'd been leaning against, disappearing into the darkened interior amidst a shower of splintered wood and collapsing masonry.

"NAMI!" Zoro roared, spinning to face Reina, his eyes blazing with fury.

[HOST HAS SUFFERED SEVERE INTERNAL TRAUMA! IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION CRITICAL! VITAL SIGNS DROPPING!] The System's alerts were a frantic, panicked shriek in Nami's fading consciousness as darkness threatened to overwhelm her.

Zoro didn't wait. He attacked. "Tatsu Maki! (Dragon Twister!)" He spun, his three swords becoming a vortex of cutting steel, aimed directly at Reina. The wind generated by his attack was powerful enough to send debris flying, to make the nearby Marines stumble.

Reina stood impassive in the face of the oncoming storm of blades. She simply raised one hand, her fingers slightly curled. As Zoro's swords reached her, they met an invisible, unyielding barrier. Steel shrieked against… something. It wasn't a parry; his blades just stopped, inches from her body, as if hitting a wall of solid force. Sparks flew, but her coat, her skin, remained untouched.

Zoro's eyes widened in disbelief. His most powerful whirlwind attack… nullified.

"Impressive force," Reina commented, her voice still maddeningly calm. "But unrefined. All rage, no focus." With a flick of her wrist, an invisible shockwave emanated from her hand, throwing Zoro back several paces, his arms jarring violently, his swords nearly knocked from his grip. He landed hard on the wet cobblestones, skidding several feet, gritting his teeth against the pain that shot through his shoulders. His swords clattered beside him.

Sanji, having seen Nami disappear into the collapsing building and Zoro get effortlessly repelled, felt a cold dread mixed with a helpless fury. "Damn it all!" he yelled, redoubling his efforts against the Marines pinning him down, his kicks becoming a desperate, beautiful frenzy. "I can't… I won't let her…!" He kicked a Marine off his feet, then spun, trying to find an opening, his eyes darting towards where Nami had fallen.

Usopp, witnessing the sheer, overwhelming power of Reina, finally broke. "It's no use! She's a monster! We're all gonna die!" He turned to flee, then tripped over Richie (who yelped), and found himself looking directly at the smoking crater where the execution platform had stood, where Luffy had faced death with a smile. An image of Nami, standing defiantly before Reina, flashed in his mind. His legs stopped shaking. "No… no, I can't run. Not while Nami… not while Luffy…" He fumbled for his slingshot, tears streaming down his face, but his hands were a little steadier now. "Even if it's useless… Captain Usopp doesn't abandon his friends!" He aimed his slingshot, not at Reina, but at a nearby lantern hanging from a building, hoping to create a distraction.

From the rubble of the collapsed shopfront, a figure stirred. Nami, bruised, battered, her right arm hanging limp and useless, her vision swimming, dragged herself out. Blood trickled from a cut on her forehead, matting her orange hair. Her left wrist throbbed with blinding pain, potentially shattered from striking Reina's palm. She was gasping for breath, every movement an agony. But her eyes, when she looked at Reina, burned with an unyielding fire.

She had tasted her own blood. She had felt the searing pain of broken bones, the terrifying force of Reina's attack. KF23's training had been brutal, but this… this was real. This was the consequence of facing a true monster.

And she was still standing.

"Not… done… yet…" Nami rasped, forcing herself upright, using the damaged wall for support. She took a deep, shuddering breath, ignoring the screaming pain in her arms and chest. She focused, dredging up the dregs of her strength, her will. She could still fight. She had to fight.

She lurched forward, her good left arm cocked back, ignoring the pain. It was a desperate, telegraphed, almost pathetic attack compared to Reina's effortless power. But it was an attack nonetheless. "TEMPESTO… NAKKURU!" she screamed, pouring every last ounce of her spirit into the blow, her body twisting, trying to generate force from her legs and core despite her injuries.

Reina watched her approach, that same unnerving calm on her face. She didn't move to intercept, didn't even seem to brace herself. She simply stood there, a mountain of white against the raging storm.

Reina's hand, palm open, a stark white against the bruised, storm-darkened sky, moved with an almost languid grace to meet Nami's desperate, last-ditch "TEMPESTO NAKKURU!"

Nami poured every ounce of her will, every fiber of her being, every lesson learned through a "year" of simulated agony, into that one left-handed punch. Her knuckles, already raw and aching, screamed in protest as they connected with Reina's palm.

There was no satisfying thud. No concussive force. No shockwave.

Nami's fist simply… stopped.

It was like punching solid diamond, yet there was a strange, almost imperceptible give, as if Reina's flesh had absorbed and utterly negated the kinetic energy. The force of Nami's own blow, with nowhere to go, recoiled up her arm, a jarring, sickening shock that made her teeth clack together. Her vision greyed out for a terrifying second.

The pain was immense, a fresh wave of agony overwhelming the dull throb of her already broken right arm. Her left wrist felt like it had been shattered. She stumbled back, clutching her useless arms, swaying on her feet.

"You have courage, child," Reina's voice was a quiet sigh, her ice-blue eyes holding a flicker of something Nami couldn't decipher – pity? Respect? Annoyance? "And a fire I recognize." She still held the space where Nami's left fist had been, her palm open. "But this is where your lesson ends."

Reina then turned her gaze, not to Nami, but towards the writhing knot of Straw Hats fighting the Marines. Zoro, back on his feet but favoring a shoulder, was battling fiercely. Sanji was still a whirlwind of kicks. Usopp was frantically reloading behind his cart. The remaining Buggy pirates were long gone.

The Marines, seeing Nami decisively defeated, letting out cheers of renewed confidence. "Supreme Justice Reina!" "The pirate scum are finished!"

Reina looked at the struggling Straw Hats, her expression hardening slightly, returning to that look of cold judgment. "Your captain is already gone," she stated, her voice carrying across the plaza. "Your resistance is illogical. Surrender, and your lives may be spared."

Zoro roared defiance, charging again despite his injured shoulder. Sanji yelled a string of curses, his kicks lashing out with increased ferocity.

Reina raised her sheathed katana, holding it horizontally before her. The storm seemed to intensify around the blade, the wind whipping harder, the rain falling heavier. The air around her shimmered.

"Very well," Reina said, her voice flat, devoid of mercy. "Judgment is delivered."
