"Call me Lance."
Lance shook Debbie's hand gently, "I'm very pleased to meet you, ma'am."
Ms. Debbie had a good impression of Lance and took the lead in inviting them to sit down, "Would you like something to drink?"
Vaughn looked toward Lance, and with a smile, Lance said, "We just had coffee before we came here, so I don't need anything, thank you. What about Mr. Vaughn?"
"Vaughn!" Vaughn repeated, paying special attention to that, "I'll pass as well, thank you!"
Only then did Ms. Debbie take a seat across from them and begin the conversation, "So, gentlemen, what brings you here?"
Vaughn turned to Lance, who took the initiative and said, "I've rented a piece of land next to the industrial area, with the intention of opening a garment factory. However, I've never done this before, so I'm looking to find some skilled workers."
She listened with interest, "How many job positions are there in this factory, approximately?"
"Roughly around one hundred and fifty."
