Abyss Solo

Major Ace immediately shut his mouth; he couldn't believe he had just uttered such a crude remark unbecoming of a noble.  


It was his deputy captain, Yang Ming!  


With a whoosh, the video in front of Major Ace suddenly disappeared. A series of codes appeared on the projection screen, and the headset was filled with the clamor of his colleagues.  


"Who deleted the video? I was watching it a second time, learning new tactical moves!"  


"It triggered the confidentiality protocol... oh, it might be someone from the secret unit."  


"This is amazing, that person was wearing our combat uniform, and it's really damn scary! That must be a robot! A human nervous system couldn't react that fast!"  


"Bullshit! Our usual training is damn dogshit!"  


Major Ace turned the headset volume down, and the world indeed quieted down.
