If players have conflicts, killing each other might be understandable, but Matsusaka Shigeki is currently killing players he has no connection with, simply because they are strong and ranked high on the leaderboards.

Moreover, he's not just harming players in his own section; he's moved on to adjacent sections to continue his killing spree.
