Xiao Cha once again visited the Prefectural Magistrate's office just in time to witness Chen Zhizhong moving his office.
From a corner on the first floor to the spacious and well-lit large room in the center of the top floor.
The office gleamed with everything as shiny as new, even the floor had been freshly laid.
A man in a long gown and round-frame glasses was bending over to give a report:
"Mr. Chen, all the furniture has been replaced with new pieces. Your tea set and writing supplies haven't been touched and have all been brought up here."
Replacing the furniture with new ones, save for the leader's personal items, showed quite a bit of tact.
Chen Zhizhong nodded in satisfaction: "Lushi Hu has been very considerate, thank you."
"Not at all, it is my duty," replied Lushi Hu humbly.
