Now, there are seven singers on stage, divided into three groups for the showdown.

After one group finishes singing, the audience votes, and the one with the highest vote in the group advances.

After all three groups have sung, the remaining four eliminated singers undergo another vote, with one advancing to the second round.

That's seven to four.

To avoid strong opponents facing off in the first round and being unfair to strong competitors, grouping isn't done by drawing lots but by the top three with the most wins in regular competition forming groups, and the rest choosing which group to join.
