Roslyn walked into her cozy living room; she was taken aback by the warm smiles of Chris and Rachael, who were seated on the couch, looking like they'd been waiting for her.

Rachel chuckled mischievously. "We wanted to surprise you and make the most of our weekend. Besides, we couldn't wait to see our little prince turn one." 


Zane, sensing the excitement, squirmed in Roslyn's arms, babbling happily. 


Roslyn smiled, kissing Zane's forehead. "I think someone's excited to see his favorite aunt and uncle." 


Chris grinned, gently tickling Zane's chin. "Hey, buddy! We're here to party!"
