in the world where powers and magic exist one didn't need such weapons, there was self-made weapons themselves, then suddenly, all the lights seemed to shut down,

only living nothing but visible darkness, Asha who was seeing this couldn't help but crackle, it didn't even take a second and his body had adapted to the darkness, to Asha everything appeared perfectly visible,

but to others , this was nothing but the abyss , but still , silence with no shout or screams. Asha who was somewhat impressed by this wondered " how could people only had one life not scream or shout", he thought,

THEY WERE COUNTING DOWN , academies were well known for being brutal, so brutal to the point that they saw students as nothing but soldiers , and now, those students had to fight in the dark and reduce the number by half without any form of weapons or assistance, and to top it all off we academy didn't produce any form of death count or timer ,

this was a very brutal way of doing things, but at the same time the smartest, if the students didn't have a timer they would consistently be in panic, and if they didn't have a death count, they would always be anxious ,

this was a way to make the students kill without hesitation, but of course they would always be a minority of students who didn't feel confident in killing feeling as if it was morally incorrect, this of course was prevented by switching off the lights,

because it is only in the darkness where the Demons of the soul and one's true intentions are revealed, the light switch would prevent all students from holding back and it would hide their true nature and nakedness, hiding the evilness of sin, but even though this idea had advantages,

it was also a double edged sword, blinding ones self.

Everyone was counting down 60 seconds as if waiting for action, then finally everyone seems to stop and feel tense, the silence seemed to increase in pleasure, and then ,

"Aahh!", a voice was heard, but those who listen, it was as clear as day, someone had just died.

Asha hearing this almost blasted in laughter, although he could clearly see, the crowd was so crowded and made it difficult, but for some reason he could tell the direction of where the killing took place,

it was as if the dead soul was calling to him, he could feel it, and then another, then another, and another, the fighting had begun, crying and screaming as they fought,

it was tedious, as if instructing a five year old to fight blindfolded, " disgusting", he unconsciously thought, but then

thunder, it was so powerful it shook the ground itself, for a second it felt as if there was a large earthquake that almost collapsed the very building itself,

Asha realised as he opened his eyes with shock , "A Noble!"
