Beating the Nine-Tails into Submission

— — — — — —

"Expansion Jutsu!!!"

Kitaro's voice rang out as his body started to grow, swelling rapidly until he was nearly the same size as the Nine-Tails.

"Oh? The Akimichi clan's secret technique? Impressive—my disciple, always collecting ninjutsu," Orochimaru said with a sly grin. "But still, that technique burns through calories like there's no tomorrow."

Orochimaru immediately recognized it. The Akimichi clan's unique ability to supersize their bodies was legendary, turning sheer bulk into devastating power. He'd looked into the technique himself once but deemed it inefficient. Too many drawbacks.

Not that Kitaro cared about drawbacks.

"ROAAAARRR!!!"

Kurama unleashed a roar that shook the earth, sending shockwaves ripping through the battlefield. Trees toppled, boulders cracked, and even the air seemed to tremble.

But Kitaro? Unfazed.

"Shave."

With that single word, Kitaro vanished, reappearing in front of the Nine-Tails faster than anyone could blink. His fist, coated in Armament Haki and crackling with Conqueror's Haki, came up in a devastating left hook aimed square at the beast's face.

BAM!!!

"GRRAAARRRGHH!!!"

BOOM!!!

Kurama let out a howl of pain as his massive body was launched through the air, crashing through trees and shattering boulders like they were made of glass. He skidded for over a kilometer, finally smashing into a cliffside and leaving a colossal crater in the rock.

"...Uh..."

The onlookers were stunned into silence. Mouths open. Eyes wide. It was like watching Ultraman slug Godzilla right out of a movie screen. Except this was real.

Kurama groggily shook his head, stunned. Did… did a human just punch him? A tailed beast? No. No way. This wasn't happening.

His crimson eyes locked onto Kitaro, now standing smugly in the distance. Rage bubbled up in Kurama's chest.

"ROAAAARRR!!!"

Determined to wipe that cocky look off Kitaro's face, Kurama began forming a Tailed Beast Bomb. Purple-black chakra swirled in front of his mouth, condensing into a dense sphere of raw destruction.

"That's... a Tailed Beast Bomb!" Minato's face darkened.

Tailed Beast Bombs were no joke. S-rank techniques reserved for tailed beasts, they could level mountains and vaporize entire villages. The sheer chakra required was beyond what any ordinary ninja could fathom.

This was why tailed beasts were the ultimate weapons. The kind of power every village dreamed of controlling. Even Minato himself had sealed half of Kurama's chakra into Naruto to ensure Konoha stayed at the top.

The air thrummed with tension as Kurama's attack grew larger, brighter, more dangerous.

But Kitaro? He was grinning.

Raising his right hand high, chakra began swirling in his palm. At first, it looked like a regular Rasengan. But then it started growing. And growing. And growing.

One meter. Two meters. Five meters. Ten meters. Twenty meters...

Within seconds, a Rasengan the size of a small building hovered above Kitaro's hand, spinning at an insane speed. Wind chakra infused it, turning it into a massive, razor-sharp vortex.

"Is that... a Rasengan?" Minato blinked, his brain struggling to catch up.

A pause.

"…And why is it THAT big?"

"This doesn't make sense," he muttered, staring at the monstrous sphere. "The Rasengan is my creation… but did he just use Expansion Jutsu on it?!"

Meanwhile, Kakashi was having an existential crisis.

He glanced at the Rasengan in Kitaro's hand, then at his own—a neat, fist-sized sphere.

"...Why do I even bother?" he muttered.

Kakashi had always valued skill over raw power. Chakra control was his thing. But seeing Kitaro casually wield a Rasengan the size of a house? Yeah, that stung.

Guy, on the other hand, was just blankly staring. What move in his arsenal could compete with this?

"If I tried to block that..." Guy muttered to himself, "...I'd be dust."

Even Orochimaru, normally composed, couldn't hide his awe.

"My, my... What a monstrous chakra reserve my disciple has," he said, a twisted smile forming. "What a magnificent vessel he'd make."

Kurama, meanwhile, was losing his mind.

What the hell was this? That human's jutsu looked suspiciously like his Tailed Beast Bomb. Worse—it was BIGGER.

Unacceptable.

Growling, Kurama poured more chakra into his attack, making the bomb swell even larger. If Kitaro wanted to play the size game, fine. Kurama was the Nine-Tails, the ultimate tailed beast. He wasn't about to lose to some human.

The two attacks hummed with energy, the battlefield caught in the crossfire of their deadly power.

This wasn't a fight anymore. This was a clash of gods. And when it was over, one of them would be reduced to nothing but ashes.
