Time Skip – Two Years Later

Over the past two years, Kitaro had focused on two main objectives. In the Pirate World, he dedicated his efforts to constructing the Uchiha Empire, eager to earn system rewards.

Meanwhile, in the Ninja World, his attention was on Konoha and the Akatsuki.

Kitaro had already conquered both Konoha and the Akatsuki through sheer force, turning them into valuable tools under his control.

Of course, none of them were allowed to learn his secrets—especially about the Pirate World or how he traveled between realms without using his own blood.

Also Obito and Black Zetsu were captured, sealed, and imprisoned, ensuring they posed no further threat Before deciding what to do with them.

In these years, Orochimaru had helped purify Kitaro's blood, making it odorless and undetectable. Using this, Kitaro's clones secretly infused his blood into nearly every piece of land across the Ninja through water distribution, solidifying his control in ways no one could even suspect.

Of course, the effects weren't that strong—it didn't make people loyal to Kitaro, just slightly more trusting of him. But that was enough. As long as they didn't resist his control, he could do whatever he wanted without bothering with their opinions. Over time, their trust in him would only grow.

Ninja World - Konoha

"So? How's life as Hokage?"

Kitaro smirked as he leaned back, watching the little guy sitting across from him.

Naruto had been forced by Kitaro to become Hokage at just seven years old. Now, at nine, the poor kid had already had enough.

"I... I don't wanna be Hokage anymore," Naruto whined, his eyes practically begging for freedom.

"Hmph," Kitaro scoffed. "Weren't you the one always screaming about becoming Hokage? Welcome to the real world, brat."

Yeah, things had played out in a pretty amusing way.

After wiping out the Sarutobi and Shimura clans—along with a couple of other families whose names Kitaro honestly couldn't be bothered to remember—he realized something: The Uchiha didn't even want the Hokage position anymore.

They had everything they needed under his rule, so why bother?

At the same time, when Kitaro returned Naruto's house and took care of him in honor of Minato, the kid wouldn't shut up about how he was going to be Hokage after Kitaro.

And that gave Kitaro an idea.

Why not let him be Hokage? Not that it mattered—Kitaro was the true ruler of the village anyway. Even if there were no Hokage, nobody could oppose him.

Of course, he made sure the Nara clan and a few other families were there to "help" Naruto run the village. Well, not really help—more like babysit him.

Just then, Nara Shikaku and Hyūga Hiashi entered the office to report to Kitaro.

"Oh, Hiashi! What happened with the task I gave you? Was there any problem?" Kitaro asked with a smile, but Hiashi remained cold and serious.

Kitaro had ordered the removal of all the Hyūga Clan's seals, freeing everyone. He didn't want anyone controlling his future loyal people. But months ago, many in the main family had refused, insisting on discussing the matter with him—delaying it.

Kitaro, being the kind and understanding person he was, decided to eliminate the problem instead.

The night before, he sent a clone to kill every elder who had opposed or delayed his order.

Now, with no one left to argue, Hyūga Hiashi bowed and said, "Everything is proceeding as planned. We have already begun removing all seals."

Kitaro sighed in satisfaction. "Good. Oh, and another thing—I heard there was an attack on your clan yesterday. I can't believe someone was brave enough to go after the mighty Hyūga."

Naruto, who had been zoning out, suddenly perked up. "Huh? Attack? When?! Is Hinata okay?"

Kitaro also nodded. "Yeah, is Hinata alright?"

Hiashi remained calm. "Yes, Hinata is fine. The attack only targeted some elders, and no innocent lives were harmed."

Naruto sighed in relief. "That's good. As long as she's okay."

At that moment, Nara Shikaku stepped forward and handed a report to Kitaro. "Lord Kitaro, here are the results of what you ordered before."

Kitaro glanced over the report and nodded. "Good. You can move forward with the plan now."

Naruto's eyes lit up. "Wait… does that mean I don't have to be stuck in this office anymore?!"

Kitaro chuckled. "Hahaha, no, Naruto. You're fired."

Naruto jumped up in excitement. "FINALLY! I'm outta here! I'm gonna go find Hinata and the others—oh, and visit that stinky Sasuke. Hmph!"

With that, Naruto ran out of the office.

Once he was gone, Nara Shikaku turned serious. "Lord Kitaro, when do we begin the plan to attack the other villages and lands?"

Kitaro smirked. "Tomorrow, I'll officially announce the establishment of the Uchiha Empire."

"I want you all to conquer this world as fast as possible."

"I'll personally send out the Uchiha Clan—and even I, the Emperor, will join to unify the Ninja World quickly. The Akatsuki and the Land of Rain are under my control, so they'll be joining us too."

"Meeting dismissed."

The Pirate World

High above the clouds in the New World lay a vast collection of islands—an empire in the sky. The main island alone spanned 100,000 square kilometers, surrounded by 10 massive side islands, each 30,000 square kilometers in size. Beyond them were 36 auxiliary islands and 108 smaller sub-auxiliary islands.

Today, the Uchiha Empire in the Pirate World was finally complete.

Kitaro knew this, and that's exactly why he was about to establish the Uchiha Empire in the Ninja World. With his newfound power, he would make sure everyone knew who their emperor was.

[Mission Completed]

[Quest Objective: Prepare islands for the establishment of the Uchiha Multiverse Empire.]

[Requirements Met: Establish a vast network of islands totaling over 2 million square kilometers.]

[Quest Reward: The Rinnegan]

As soon as Kitaro accepted the reward, a surge of power coursed through him.

"Now, I can revive any powerful person I want, using only my own life force. With this power… I can wield infinity itself."

A smirk crept onto his face. "After I finish conquering the Ninja World, it'll be time for the Pirate World to fall next… and then, the entire multiverse."

With his new abilities, he had already begun planning to revive legendary figures from the Pirate World, forcing them into his service.

Kitaro leaned back, satisfied.

"At this point… I barely have to do anything myself anymore."

— — —

One Day Later

Kitaro officially announced the establishment of the Uchiha Empire in both worlds, declaring himself Emperor and revealing his ability to revive the dead.

In the Ninja World, Kitaro had already brought back Minato, Kushina, Hatake Sakumo, Might Duy, and countless others, showcasing his godly power.

He even promised to revive any fallen ninja during the war. This declaration turned his forces into an unstoppable army, making the war the fastest and largest battle in Ninja World history.

In the Pirate World, Kitaro's power was no different. On the very day of the Uchiha Empire's rise, he revived Ace, Whitebeard, and their entire crew, shaking the world to its core.

Not stopping there, Kitaro secretly met with Garp, Sengoku, and other high-ranking Marines, revealing his true identity—not as "Akira" but as Kitaro. He offered them the choice to defect to him anytime.

...

Two Months Later

The Ninja World was unified—and Kitaro hadn't even lifted a finger. His only move was reviving the fallen Ninjas of his empire, and that alone was enough.

...

One Month Later

The New World in the Pirate World had also fallen under his rule. This time, however, Kitaro personally fought Kaido and Big Mom, forcing them to submit.

He made them an irresistible promise—Eternal Life, the chance to break past their limits, and countless powerful battles ahead. There was no way they could refuse.

With both the entire Ninja World and the New World of the Pirate World under his control, Kitaro decided to pause his conquests and focus on development.

Meanwhile, the World Government was in complete disarray. They had no idea how to deal with Kitaro. The Five Elders had already tried to assassinate him, but he was immortal. Destroying his close allies? He could revive them.

With no way to counter him, the World Government had no choice but to stand down.

And so, a long era of peace began in the years that followed…

— — —

10 Years Later

"It's time to take over the entire Pirate World!" Kitaro declared, his decision was already set in stone.

Over the past decade, he had revived Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara, restoring Madara's Rinnegan in the process. Not only that, but both of them had mastered Haki, making them stronger than ever before.

Madara, after seeing the state of the Ninja World under Kitaro's rule, was shocked. It was the very peace he had dreamed of—his ideal world made real. After a long discussion, Kitaro managed to convince him, and Madara officially joined the Uchiha Empire.

As for Nagato, he willingly handed over the Rinnegan. He didn't need it anymore—not after Orochimaru healed him using Kitaro's blood.

With Yahiko revived and the world at peace, Nagato had nothing left to fight for. Now, he was content just watching over the world with Konan and Yahiko by his side.

Kitaro gathered all his forces, preparing for the greatest battle in history. Even Gol D. Roger stood among them—after his entire crew had joined Kitaro, they begged him to bring Roger back. Of course, Portgas D. Rouge had also made a request—to be revived as well, a wish granted after Ace pleaded with Kitaro.

Now, standing at the front of this unstoppable army were Shisui, Itachi, and Madara—the Royalty Clan, the Uchiha Clan—leading the charge alongside other legendary warriors. Meanwhile, others like Roger had assembled their own elite team, ensuring everything was perfectly planned.

Kitaro gazed over his forces, his eyes burning with power.

"It's time for the final battle."

— — —

On one side, Kitaro—now the all-powerful Emperor of both the Ninja and Pirate Worlds—stood at the helm of an army that defied death itself.

The air vibrated with the tension of a brewing storm as Kitaro's voice boomed over his assembled legions:

"Today, we rewrite destiny. No force in this world or beyond can stand in our way!"

His words, both a command and a promise, ignited the hearts of his soldiers. Every revived soul—every warrior brought back to life—knew that under Kitaro's rule, even the impossible was within reach.

Across the battlefield, the World Government was idle. As armies clashed and the very skies roiled with fury, it became clear that they were losing badly. Their forces were weak, and notably, the Navy hadn't even joined the fight.

Kitaro had already crushed every pirate in the New World. After wiping out nearly everyone—including the last pirate group led by Luffy, who once claimed the title of King of Pirates and uncovered the world's hidden truths—the pirate era had effectively ended two years ago.

With no pirates left in the New World, the Navy redirected its focus elsewhere, exterminating any remnants of piracy.

Another force, the Revolutionary Army, also chose not to join the fray. They realized there was no way to be part of the new order since Kitaro made it perfectly clear: he would rule over everything. So they simply watched the battle unfold.

"Something is off."

Kitaro's core commanders, standing just behind him, watched the chaos intently.

"Yeah, the army, air force, and CP of the World Government are losing badly, but no elites have been sent?" Itachi mused, his tone laced with doubt.

"Could they have run off?" Shisui added, skeptical.

"Stupid," Madara scoffed. "We already knew their goal after this kid became their so-called King of Trash—they can't leave yet!"

"I was the King of Pirates, stupid Madara, and I… I—" Luffy fumed, clearly agitated, but before he could continue, Zoro, pretending not to notice, kept his eyes fixed on the battle. "Things are almost finished, and now the core player from the World Government still hasn't appeared!"

Kitaro frowned. "Okay, let's attack first then."

After some time, Kitaro and his forces advanced to Mary Geoise, only to find the Celestial Dragons going about their business—living as usual with their slaves, but with very few CP0 agents around since most had been caught up in the earlier battle.

"I'll kill these trash," Kaido declared, and his crew echoed his sentiment.

Kitaro and his allies—Madara, Naruto, Roger, and the rest—then made their way to a secluded, ancient tree. This tree, a symbol of both creation and destruction, was the very one Imu had always fixated on.

The tree loomed before them, its gnarled branches reaching into the stormy sky and its roots delving deep into the earth like ancient, forgotten memories. The atmosphere around it felt charged, as if the tree held the secrets of the universe within its bark.

Madara broke the silence, his voice low and mysterious:

"This tree... it stands as a reminder of all that has been lost and all that can be reborn. Its power could reshape the world."

Itachi nodded slowly. "It's not just a symbol. Its energy is tied to the very essence of life and death. Every fallen warrior, every stolen soul—it all feeds into this cycle."

"This tree is the reason for what is happening in this world."

Kitaro stepped closer to the ancient tree, his gaze fixed on the intricate patterns etched into its bark. "Imu took that thing before he left."

A heavy silence fell over the group.

"...So we still haven't defeated him. But he delayed the battle," Sasuke observed.

"He will return for this tree. When the world begins to face its destruction, he'll come back to complete his plan," Naruto added.

Luffy panicked, "Wait, can't we make things go back to the way they were?"

Kitaro shook his head. "No, Imu took that thing, Luffy. He ensured that his plan could keep going. If we use force against the tree, we might really destroy the world."

"Imu needs this tree to complete his plan. According to the information we've gathered, the war 800 years ago was sparked by this very tree. Imu also got his immortality from a mysterious way but I guess it's from this tree not from devil fruit."

"He linked his own immortality with that of others, controlling their lives—though he was limited to just five connections. Still, he can bring others back to life in a dormant state so they don't drain any life force."

"From what we know, all the kings from 800 years ago, along with the Holy Knights and others, are still alive in this way."

"The reason Imu is their king is that he truly controls their lives. He even promised that after he got what he wanted, he would make all of them immortal—just like the Five Elders."

"Imu only needed time—and Joy Boy just delayed that time."

"Is this even his true plan? What is this Imu?" Madara frowned.

Zoro offered, "We can search for them then—they can't run too far."

Shisui shot back, "Did you forget they have that ancient weapon with them? They probably already left the world and are living in space now, especially after they got the Mother Flame."

Kitaro frowned. "Sigh… It's my mistake. When they hid Vegapunk and brought him here, I didn't care. Now they even have him. I hope he doesn't build anything OP."

"So now what?" Madara asked.

"We'll just have to wait for the right time," Kitaro replied, "and then I'll order Shiki to make all islands and lands take to the skies to ensure their safety."

"Still, that can't be all—we need to be prepared," Itachi noted.

"Ōtsutsuki is coming, and so are Imu and his preparations," Shisui warned.

"The only thing we can do is get stronger and explore other worlds,"

"Let's see what the multiverse hides for us," Kitaro concluded.

A Year Later

Kitaro had officially conquered both worlds. This year, he even made Hancock his Empress, cementing their union in an official marriage.

Meanwhile, Naruto married Hinata, and Sasuke married Karin—all these unions taking place at the same time.

It was a grand wedding, attended by all the powerful figures from both worlds. The celebration was a magnificent testament to the new era of peace and strength that Kitaro had ushered in.

Minato and Kushina were overjoyed, reveling in the festivities as they looked forward to welcoming their soon-to-be-born grandchildren. The sight filled them with happiness and a sense of fulfillment that had eluded them for so long.

Roger, Rouge, and Ace sat together like a family, while Shanks, Luffy, Zoro, and the others enjoyed a lively party nearby.

Whitebeard was having a great time with his sons, and Charlotte Linlin, now healed and back to normal, made Katakuri the leader of the family while supporting her children.

It wasn't a perfect world, but it was the world they wanted.

Off to the side, Madara and Hashirama sat quietly, watching the jubilant scene. "Hey, Madara," Hashirama remarked, "this is the peace we dreamed of."

Madara's eyes, however, remained thoughtful. "Hmm... Still, there are dangers looming—the Ōtsutsuki clan and that Imu," he replied, nodding gravely.

At that moment, Kitaro appeared behind them. "It's okay," he said confidently. "I think we can start preparing for them. First, we'll deal with Kaguya—maybe even make her an ally. And then, what about exploring another world?"

"Another world?" Madara questioned, his curiosity piqued.

"Yeah," Kitaro continued, a spark of excitement in his voice, "there's a whole multiverse out there waiting to be explored. Even if the Pirate World seemed hopeless without controlling the tree, we have other options for our people."

It was a promise of continued growth, a legacy that would echo throughout the multiverse.

End

A/N: wasn't that bad was it?

Well, I've tried many endings and crafted countless battles, but none of them felt right for the story.

I developed numerous ideas about Imu—portraying him as a parasite, kind of like Venom—and envisioned his goal as seizing the Tree of Creation and Destruction. Naturally, he would take his loyal followers, like the Holy Knights, with him when he left this world to be destroyed.

I even made it so that the first kings from 800 years ago were still alive, and the Holy Knights, too, remained alive but confined to special chambers since Imu couldn't expend that much Life Force at once. The plan was that once he got the tree, he would make all of them immortal forever.

I wanted to add all this but nah wasn't even suitable after reading it.

In the end, nothing worked—the fights, the endings, or killing Imu didn't feel good or fitting.

That's the best I could do here thou

The only perfect ending for One Piece is the one we'll see in the show itself.
