Life is a matter of luck and how one should deal with the luck they receive, and the orphaned Diluc Leonhart learns it the hard way as he risks his life to attempt something that just might change his current life for the better, spectacularly failing this risk and nearly brought to the end of his life.

When one door closes though, another one always opens as he falls into what will truly become the greatest path changing encounter of his entire life as he became inexplicably drawn towards a peculiar light, a light that will change his perception of the world he lives in.

For those wondering, yes, it is inspired by Breeding Dragon's from Today (I think it has other titles but that's the title when I read it) and yes, there are smut here, not just as plenty as my other work, enjoy reading.

As those students, not only freshmen, stares at the group, particularly at Diluc with such hostility in their eyes, the emperor-like young man starts paying attention to them now as well, thier hostile gaze not slipping past his sharp senses.

"Make sure to deal with that bastard properly during the trials" one of the people from this hostile group said with a tone of malicious intent lacing his excited voice, completely unaware of the fact that the young man they are talking about is already paying attention to them as much, or even more than they already do to him.

"No problem, we only need a few minutes to finish this..." replying to the young man who just spoke, a feminine, teasing voice said as who seems to be the owner of this voice directed her attention towards the topic of their conversation, the fact that this target is not even looking at them making her think that this is going to be some easy benefits for them.
