I gave a small nod. Otherwise, I showed a slight smile when Hendra looked at me. But what was unusual was that my fiancé actually raised his eyebrows.
“Tell the seller to quickly arrange the flowers of my choice, Ndra,” I said, deciding to speak before Hendra doubted me.
“Okay, if you ask so. Take the flowers and give them to the seller there,” said Hendra, giving me a simple reply.
I agreed with Hendra's statement. After that, I walked ahead of Hendra. My steps took me to the seller who was standing behind the cashier's desk.
“These are the flowers I chose, miss. My fiancé will pay for it later,” I said, telling the seller before she asked me.
“Okay, I'll wrap the flowers up and tidy it up. While I wait for your man to pay for this,” said the seller, responding to my words.
