After she was done Isabella decorated the cake with her favorite flower lily's.The cake looked absolutely gorgeous. The lilies on top were perfectly piped, and the buttercream frosting was smooth and creamy.
Isabella stepped back to admire her work, a sense of satisfaction washing over her. She had poured all of her skills into this cake, and it showed.
The royal party is actually starting in an hour it took her twelve hours to make this cake she shook her head damn it took her so long she took off her towel as she looked at her beautiful lily flower cake. She must say this is the best thing she has created but if someone asked her to do this again she would just flip the table and refuse to tiring she would rather sleep. Isabella took a step back to admire the cake she had just finished making. It was truly a work of art - the intricate details of the lily flowers perfectly crafted out of icing.
She let out a sigh of relief that it was finally done. Making this cake had taken up most of the morning and she knew that soon enough people would be gathering for the party.
After she finish taking a picture of the cake she went upstairs to get dress. She wore her navy blue dress she her body was oversized so she didn't truly look beautiful but she put on her mask she still went but stood out of people they were some people who made some comments but she didn't care to much she just went on her phone which was clear and flat a holographic screen appeared in front of her as she started to play a game.
~~~
As Isabella walked into the party, she couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious. She knew that she didn't look as beautiful as the other guests in their elegant gowns and tuxedos. But she quickly pushed those thoughts aside and focused on her phone game instead.
The other guests were all chatting amongst themselves, sipping champagne and nibbling on hors d'oeuvres. Some of them glanced at Isabella curiously but most of them paid her no mind.
One of the guest walked past her and accidentally bump into her causing her drink to spill onto her dress
"Watch it fatty."
Isabella felt the cold liquid soak into her dress, and she looked up to see who had bumped into her. A man with a sneer on his face stood there, clearly not sorry for what he had done.
"Watch it yourself," Isabella said coolly.
She was used to being treated like this by others - after all, she didn't exactly fit in with this crowd.
Isabella grabbed her napkin and started to wipe the stain off her dress, trying not to make eye contact with the rude man again.
"How can a ugly pig like come a royal party like this?" The rude man snapped at Isabella who was emotionless toward his words.
Isabella continued to wipe the stain off her dress, not letting the rude man's words affect her. She knew that she wasn't the most beautiful woman in the room, but she didn't let it define her worth.
"And how can an idiot like you attend a royal party like this?" she shot back at him, finally meeting his gaze with an icy glare.
The rude man scoffed at her comment, but Isabella stood her ground, unfazed by his attitude.
"You are nothing but an ugly woman you should leave this party," the rude man said.
Isabella felt a pang of anger at the man's rude comment. She clenched her fists, fighting back the urge to respond with a biting retort.
Instead, she took a deep breath and met his gaze with a cool, collected expression.
"Excuse me?" she said quietly.
The rude man smirked at her response, clearly thinking he had won the exchange.
"But if I am not wrong I am a guest and staying at the royal palace, unlike a arrogant man Princess Tracy," Isabella said and Trace who wore beautiful yellow dressed rushed over she hooked her arm around Isabella.
"Tracy man was rude to me," Isabella said with a smirk on her lips.
Tracy's eyes widened in disbelief as she heard what the rude man had said to Isabella. She couldn't believe that someone would be so bold as to speak to her friend like that.
"He spoke to you like that?" she asked, her voice filled with anger.
She turned her gaze towards the rude man, who was now looking a little nervous under her intense stare.
"Guards take this man out of the royal palace," Tracy coldly.
The guards immediately stepped forward and grabbed the rude man by the arms, dragging him away from Isabella. He protested loudly, but his pleas fell on deaf ears.
Isabella couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as she watched him being led out of the palace. She turned back towards Tracy with a grateful smile.
Tracy smiled back at Isabella. Who gently nodded her head.
"Thank you for defending me," Isabella said quietly.
Tracy smiled warmly.
"No problem, Isa. We're friends, after all."
Isabella's smile widened at Tracy's words. It was nice to have a friend like her, someone who didn't care about her weight or appearance. Someone who treated her as an equal.
It was now time for gifts and Princess Tracy played the music she wrote for her great great grandmother. Everyone listened to the Princess music. As Princess Tracy played her music, everyone in the room listened intently. The song was beautiful and heartfelt, filled with love and admiration for the queen.
Isabella couldn't help but feel proud of the princess for sharing her talent with everyone. She watched as the queen listened intently, a smile on her face.
As the song came to an end, there was a moment of silence as everyone processed the beauty of what they had just heard. Then, the room erupted into applause. The queen was beaming with pride, clearly moved by her great-great-granddaughter's talent.
The princess smiled shyly as she bowed in acknowledgment of the applause.
"Tracy dear tell me who wrote this song?" Queen Lu asked Tracy who smiled brightly.
"Scarlet Nightshade."
The room went silent as the queen's eyes widened in surprise. She hadn't expected such a beautiful song to be written by someone with such a mysterious identity.
Everyone started whispering amongst themselves, trying to guess who Scarlet Nightshade could be. Some people thought she was a famous composer or musician who had chosen to remain anonymous.
The queen looked around the room, trying to see if anyone looked familiar or suspicious. But everyone was either looking at her or talking amongst themselves.
She turned back to Princess Tracy, her eyes narrowing in thought.
"Scarlet Nightshade?" she repeated quietly.
"Do you know who she is?"
"No great great grandma I don't who she is," Tracy said.
The queen hummed in thought, clearly intrigued by the mystery of Scarlet Nightshade. She looked around the room once more, but no one gave anything away.
As she turned back to Princess Tracy, a thought occurred to her.
"This Scarlet Nightshade," she said slowly.
"Do you think they're here tonight?"
"No grandma they are so famous her wait list must be so long," Tracy with an eye roll.
The queen chuckled at Tracy's eye roll, clearly amused by her attitude. She knew that the princess could be a bit of a handful sometimes.
She sighed softly and nodded her head.
"You're probably right," she said quietly.
But even as she spoke, a small part of her couldn't help but wonder if Scarlet Nightshade was indeed present tonight.
Just then Isabella, 'Scarlet Nightshade' walked in wearing her red mask and Scarlet red dress. They were curtains that covered but the lights shut off and everyone started whispering loudly.
As the lights went out, everyone in the room let out a collective gasp. Then, just as suddenly as they had gone off, they came back on again. Standing there at the entrance was Scarlet Nightshade - or rather Isabella wearing her red mask and dress. The red curtains hide Isabella as she cleared her throat. The whole room fell silent for a moment before breaking into hushed whispers once more.
"Hello I am Scarlet Nightshade this will be my first time doing a private event happy birthday Queen Lu, and thank you Princess Tracy allowing me to attend this party," Isabella said. After that she started to play a song she wrote few hours ago which was known as Endless Lilies.
As the room fell silent once more, everyone listened intently to Scarlet Nightshade's music. The song was hauntingly beautiful, the notes filling the air like a soft caress. It was clear that she had put her heart and soul into this performance.
The queen listened with rapt attention, completely captivated by the music. She couldn't help but feel a sense of awe and admiration for the mysterious musician.
The queen leaned forward in her seat, completely enraptured by the music. She had never heard anything like it before - it was as if Scarlet Nightshade's music was weaving a spell over her.
The other guests were equally enthralled. They all sat in silence, their eyes fixed on the stage as they listened to every note that Scarlet Nightshade played. Even though they were curtains that didn't show who Scarlet Nightshade was it didn't matter.
After a while, the song came to an end. There was another moment of silence before the room erupted into applause once more. This time, however, it was louder than before.
The queen was the first to clap, a huge smile on her face. She couldn't believe how talented Scarlet Nightshade was - and she had only just heard one song!
The other guests joined in, their applause ringing out loudly. Some people were even standing up and cheering, clearly blown away by the performance.
After the song Isabella disappeared from sight no one saw what she looked like behind the curtains so she changed into her normal clothes and Tracy who threw her arms around Isabella round back.
"Thank you my great great grandmother is so happy!" Tracy said with a smile on her face.
"Mmm," Isabella said she closed her eyes.
