Chapter 37 {All Them Are Trash}

"Sure but who would I wear this for?" Isabella asked she felt like this was pointless.

Mercy shrugged her shoulders, a sly smile spreading across her face.

"Who knows? Maybe there's someone special you're trying to impress."

She wiggled her eyebrows suggestively, clearly hinting at something.

Isabella rolled her eyes at Mercy's suggestive hint. She knew her best friend all too well, and she knew that Mercy was always trying to set her up with someone.

"I don't need anyone special," Isabella said firmly.

"I have my kids and my brother, that's all I need."

"Humph my parents are 200 years old they have been married to each for so long and you you will die single work that cold heart of yours."

Isabella chuckled.

"I don't mind dying alone."

Mercy let out an exaggerated gasp at Isabella's response.

"Dying alone? Are you serious?"

She put her hand on Isabella's shoulder, looking at her with a mixture of disbelief and concern.

Isabella shrugged nonchalantly, as if the thought of dying alone didn't bother her at all.

"I don't see the point in finding someone when I'm perfectly content being on my own," she said matter-of-factly.

She didn't want to be bothered wifh relationship it just means she actually has to work even harder and that's just to annoying for her liking.

"Alright fine keep being stubborn but mark my words you will end up alone with cats." Mercy said she grabbed Isabella hand and they walked straight toward the high luxury store.

Isabella rolled her eyes as Mercy grabbed her hand and dragged her towards the high luxury store.

"I'm not being stubborn," she protested. "I just don't see the need for romance in my life."

As they entered the luxurious store, Isabella couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed by the extravagant surroundings. She saw her clothing designs which were high price on Mercy she really doesn't need to shop at her own store well it's one of the stores her disciple opened up.

Mercy looked around the store, admiring all the high-end designer clothing and accessories on display. She was clearly in her element here, while Isabella just felt out of place.

"Oh my god this store is amazing!" Mercy exclaimed, picking up a luxurious silk scarf.

Isabella rolled her eyes again at Mercy's enthusiasm but couldn't help but feel a sense of pride knowing that her disciple had done such a good job opening up this store.

Mercy looked around the store, admiring all the high-end designer clothing and accessories on display. She was clearly in her element here, while Isabella just felt out of place.

"Oh my gosh is that you Isabella?" Ella asked as she gasped and looked at Isabella who was sitting waiting for Mercy.

Isabella looked up as she heard a familiar voice. She recognized the woman who had approached them as Ella.

"Sister these are so pricy can you even afford them after all you must be working at a food store," Ella said trying to embarrass her stepsister. Isabella was indifferent.

Isabella ignored the comment about her working at a food store, knowing that it was meant to embarrass her.

She simply gave Ella a cool and collected look, as if she didn't care about any of the things her stepsister was saying.

"Yes it's me," she said simply, not even bothering to stand up from where she was sitting.

Ella sneered at Isabella she wanted to make this woman cry and beg for mercy!

"Store manager!" Ella shouted and grabbed Isabella hand.

"She was trying to steal something and running away I court her," Ella said with a straight face and she cracked a smirk Isabella didn't say anything.

Isabella let out a sigh, feeling annoyed by Ella's false accusations. She knew that she had done nothing wrong and was being falsely accused.

The store manager came over and looked at both women with a stern expression on his face.

The store manager observed both women, taking in their appearances. Isabella was dressed in a simple outfit that didn't scream wealth or luxury, while Ella was decked out in designer clothes and accessories.

The manager looked back and forth between them, clearly having his doubts about Ella's accusation.

Isabella could see the doubt in the store manager's eyes as he looked between her and Ella. She knew that she was in the right but also didn't want to cause a scene.

The manager turned to Ella and spoke firmly.

"Ma'am, do you have any proof that this woman was trying to steal something?"

Ella smiled and showed the security camera footage that was fake because Ella hired a hacker to make Isabella look bad.

The store manager watched the security camera footage that Ella showed him. He studied it closely, looking for any signs of wrongdoing on Isabella's part.

As he watched the footage, however, something seemed off about it. It was clear that the video had been tampered with and altered in some way.

The store manager looked up from the security camera footage and back at Ella, his expression growing more skeptical.

"Ma'am, this footage seems to have been altered," he said, his voice firm.

Isabella glanced over at Ella, seeing a hint of panic in her eyes. She knew that the hacker who had tampered with the footage wasn't as good at their job as they thought.

"Look at this bracelet! This bracelet isn't even out and we know the famous God Fashion Designer hasn't sent this bracelet out in public it has only been on ads! She stole it!" Ella shouted she felt so jealous God Fashion Designer is a mysterious designer that any of his or her designers are always sold jewelry, makeup, shoes, clothes.

The store manager looked at the bracelet that Ella was holding up. He could see that it was indeed an exclusive piece of jewelry from God Fashion Designer's latest collection.

He looked back and forth between the bracelet and Isabella, trying to figure out who was telling the truth.

Isabella knew that she had to say something, or else Ella would continue to frame her. She spoke up in a calm and steady voice.

"That bracelet is mine," she said simply.

She held out her wrist, showing off the same bracelet that Ella was holding.

"Yours! Isabella! This jewelry is coming out in a month and it's sold out a poor person like you can't afford it do you know how much it cost?" Ella snapped at Isabella who looked at her emotionless.

Isabella was used to people like Ella looking down on her, judging her for not having the same wealth and status as them. But she didn't let it get to her.

"Yeah I know how much it costs," Isabella said calmly. "And I don't need your jewelry."

"You want it so bad Ella right?" Isabella asked her as she took off the bracelet that cost over four thousand dollars. Isabella dropped the bracelet which dropped on the ground she stepped on it. For Isabella that was nothing after she designed and made the bracelets herself she countless of them.

Ella gasped as she saw Isabella drop the expensive bracelet on the ground and step on it. She couldn't believe that someone would treat a piece of jewelry like that, especially one worth thousands of dollars.

"Are you crazy!? Do you have any idea how much that cost!?" Ella exclaimed, her voice filled with shock and anger.

Isabella looked at Ella with a cool and collected expression, as if she didn't care about the expensive bracelet. She knew that she had made it herself, so the loss of one bracelet didn't bother her.

"It's just jewelry," she said nonchalantly.

"It doesn't mean anything to me."

As more people gathered around, watching the scene unfold, they couldn't believe what they were seeing. Some of them gasped in shock at Isabella's disrespectful act towards God Fashion Designer's jewelry.

Ella couldn't help but feel smug, knowing that her friends were all watching and witnessing Isabella's embarrassing moment. She was loving every second of it.

Isabella could feel the eyes of everyone around her, judging and criticizing her for disrespecting God Fashion Designer's jewelry. But she didn't let it get to her. She had thicker skin than that.

She glanced over at Ella and saw the smug look on her face, knowing that she was enjoying every moment of this public spectacle.

Everyone gasped in shock as they watched Isabella throw her backpack into the fireplace. They couldn't believe that she would destroy something so valuable and sought after.

Ella was stunned, her mouth agape in disbelief. She had expected Isabella to react with anger or embarrassment, but instead she saw nothing but cold indifference.
