Chapter 78 {Seduce}

Isabella on the other hand was fast sleep in the movie her head suddenly fall on Chozen shoulder. Atticus was the one who gave his mother a small nudge.

Chozen was surprised when Isabella's head suddenly fell onto his shoulder. He could feel the warmth of her body against him and it made his heart race.

He glanced down at her sleeping face, taking in how peaceful she looked in this moment.

Chozen was caught off guard by Isabella's sudden display of affection. He had never seen her like this before, so vulnerable and open.

He didn't know how long she would sleep for but he took the opportunity to study her face closely. She looked beautiful in the soft light of his office, her features relaxed in slumber.

As Isabella slept on Chozen's shoulder, he couldn't help but feel a sense of protectiveness over her. He knew that she was strong and capable, but seeing her so vulnerable made him want to shield her from anything bad.

He carefully shifted their positions so that she was lying down comfortably on the chair with his arm still around her shoulders.

As the movie continued, Chozen sat there with Isabella sleeping on his shoulder. He could feel her body moving slightly as she breathed.

He found himself watching her more than the movie itself. Her face was so peaceful in sleep, it was almost hypnotizing.

His hand instinctively moved up to her hair, gently running his fingers through the soft strands.

As Chozen continued to run his fingers through her hair, he couldn't help but notice how soft and silky it felt.

He found himself getting lost in this moment, enjoying the feeling of having her so close to him. It was a strange sensation for him, as he wasn't used to being physically affectionate with anyone other than his son Felix.

Felix noticed his father's hand rubbing his mother's hair he turned to look at them and smiled as he saw his mom sleeping peacefully on his dad shoulder. Chloe, Raven, and Atticus all four of them were so happy.

"Isabella sleeping in a movie isn't good," Chozen said as he stared at Isabella.

Isabella mumbled. Isabella opened her eyes and she sat up and she sneered at Chozen.

"You should watch the movie," Chozen said.

"Oh I am sorry but if I want to sleep I will fucking sleep," Isabella snapped.

Chozen was taken aback by her sudden change in attitude. He had been enjoying the moment with her sleeping on his shoulder but now she was acting cold again.

He tried to keep his cool and not react to her snappiness.

"I was just saying that it's not really the best place to sleep," he said calmly.

"I am sorry Mr. Beaufort if I want to sleep in this movie I will sleep we aren't friends so back off," Isabella snapped at Chozen who sneered back at Isabella.

Chozen gritted his teeth in frustration. He was starting to get tired of Isabella's cold demeanor and lack of respect for him.

"I'm just trying to be nice," he said through clenched teeth.

"There's no need to be so hostile."

Isabella rolled her eyes and crossed her arms over her chest.

"You're not being nice, you're just telling me what to do," she said coldly.

"And I don't appreciate it."

Chozen's patience was starting to wear thin. He couldn't understand why Isabella was being so difficult.

"I'm just trying to look out for you," he said firmly.

"You shouldn't fall asleep in public places, especially with strangers around."

Isabella scoffed

"Stranger? You're the stranger, Mr. Beaufort." With that, she turned away from him, crossing her arms over her chest.

"I am not falling asleep with stranger I am falling asleep with my kids," Isabella snapped coldly.

Chozen's jaw clenched as he listened to Isabella's response. He was starting to feel frustrated with her constant hostility towards him.

"Your kids are not the only ones in this theater," he said through clenched teeth.

"There are other people around, and you never know what kind of person they might be."

"I am sorry sir but if I fucking want to sleep I will sleep if I want to dance I will dance!" Isabella snapped. Raven smacked her forehead first date was a failure.

Chozen was starting to lose his cool. He had never met a woman as infuriating as Isabella before.

"You're being completely unreasonable," he said through clenched teeth.

"I'm just trying to look out for your safety."

Isabella's eyes narrowed as she turned to face Chozen, her temper flaring.

"My safety?" she repeated incredulously.

"You think I can't take care of myself? I don't need you or anyone else looking out for me."

"Fine then you can fend for yourself. If someone attacks you, don't come crying to me, speaking of which you are a horrible mother," Chozen snapped back.

"Excuse me!?" Isabella whispered yelled.

Chozen leaned closer to her, his voice low and dangerous.

"You heard me," he said coldly.

"A good mother would never wear something so revealing in public. You're practically asking for attention."

Isabella's eyes widened at Chozen's words, anger and indignation coursing through her veins.

"Excuse me?" she said, turning to face him fully now.

"A good mother would never wear something so revealing in public?"

She leaned closer to him until their faces were mere inches apart.

"And who are you to tell me what a good mother should or shouldn't do?"

"Someone who knows more than you," Chozen sneered.

"Trust me, Isabella. I know more about being a parent than you ever could."

Isabella's hands balled into fists as she tried to keep herself from lashing out at Chozen.

"Oh really?" she said coldly.

"And what makes you so sure that you know more about parenting than me? Have you ever had kids before?"

"I have a son Felix."

"Well I have three kids."

Chozen's jaw clenched as he heard Isabella's response.

"Three kids?" he repeated, his voice laced with disbelief.

He took a step closer to her, towering over her small frame.

"And how old are they?"

"How old is your son?"

"Felix is five," Chozen replied.

He looked down at Isabella, studying her face for a moment before speaking again.

"And your kids?"

"Same age as your son," Isabella bluntly.

Chozen's eyebrows raised in surprise.

"You have a five year old?" he said incredulously.

He couldn't believe it. This woman who was standing in front of him with her revealing clothes and cold demeanor had a child the same age as his son?

Isabella nodded, her expression unreadable.

"Yes," she said simply.

She met Chozen's gaze, her eyes defiant.

"Anything else you want to say?"

"Isabella are you trying to seduce me?" Chozen asked Isabella who became even more angry!

Isabella's eyes widened in shock and outrage.

"Seduce you?!" she exclaimed.

"Are you serious right now?"

She took a step back from Chozen, her body trembling with anger.

"I would never try to seduce someone like you," she spat out.

"You're the last person on earth I would ever be interested in."

Chozen was stunned by her outburst. He had never seen her so angry before.

"What do you mean, 'someone like me'?" he asked, trying to keep his voice steady.

He couldn't help but feel a pang of hurt at her words. He didn't know why it bothered him so much, but it did.

Isabella let out a scoff, crossing her arms over her chest.

"You know exactly what I mean," she said coldly.

"Someone who's rude, arrogant, and thinks they know everything."

"Shhhh!" people in the movie theater whispered.

"Stop fighting my goodness you two have three kids be a good wife and husband in front of your kids," someone said.

"We aren't married and I will never marry him-her!" Both Chozen and Isabella both snapped.

The people in the theater muttered and whispered amongst themselves, their gazes flickering between the two of them.

Chozen and Isabella both felt a pang of embarrassment at being called out in front of everyone like that. They had been so caught up in their argument that they hadn't realized how much attention they were drawing to themselves.

Isabella's cheeks turned red with shame and Chozen ran a hand through his hair nervously.

Chozen and Isabella both turned their attention back to the movie screen, trying to act like nothing had happened. But they couldn't help but be aware of each other's presence next to them.

The tension between them was palpable, and it seemed like every second that passed only made things more awkward.

Chozen snuck a glance at Isabella out of the corner of his eye. She was sitting stiffly in her seat, her arms crossed over her chest and a scowl on her face.
