Chapter 90 {The Beautiful Goddess}

Isabella felt a chill run down her spine as Chozen spoke to her. She didn't turn around, but she could feel his presence behind her.

She continued browsing the racks of clothes, trying to ignore him and focus on finding something to wear for the party.

Chozen watched her for a moment, his eyes taking in every detail of her body.

"You're going to a party?" he asked, his voice low and silky.

Isabella didn't respond, but she could feel him walking closer to her.

Isabella's heart was pounding in her chest as Chozen stepped closer to her. She could feel his breath on her neck, sending a shiver down her spine.

She didn't turn around, but she couldn't help but tense up slightly.

Chozen leaned in closer, his lips brushing against her ear as he spoke.

"Who are you going to the party with?" he whispered.

Isabella felt a wave of anger wash over her. She hated how close he was to her, how his presence seemed to fill up all the space around them.

"Why do you care!" Isabella snapped while turning around to face him with a glare.

Chozen smirked at her reaction, clearly enjoying the fact that he was getting under her skin.

"Oh come on, Isabella," he said in a mocking tone.

"You can't blame me for being curious."

He took a step closer to her, closing the distance between them even further.

Isabella stormed on his feet.

"Go back and be with your son," Isabella hissed out.

Chozen's smirk faded slightly at the mention of his son. He hadn't expected her to bring that up.

"You think I don't want to be with my son?" he said coldly.

He stepped closer again so they were almost touching. He looked down at her, his eyes dark and intense.

"He needs to study so of course he isn't here with me."

"Oh?"

Both Chozen and Isabella glared at each other.

Chozen leaned in closer, his face inches away from hers. He could smell the sweet scent of her perfume, and it was driving him crazy.

"You're a very stubborn woman, you know that?" he said, his voice low and silky.

Isabella clenched her fists at her sides, trying to keep herself from reacting.

"And you're a very infuriating man," she retorted, meeting his gaze defiantly.

Chozen chuckled at her response, clearly enjoying the banter between them.

"You know, most women would be swooning if I was this close to them," he said with a smirk.

"Mr. Beaufort tell me are you arrogant or just an idiot?"

Chozen raised an eyebrow at her question, clearly not expecting it.

"Excuse me?" he said coldly.

He took a step back and crossed his arms across his chest, looking down at her with a frown.

Isabella met his gaze defiantly, not backing down.

"You heard me," she said.

"Are you arrogant or just an idiot? Because it seems like both."

She took a step closer to him, her eyes blazing with anger.

"Ahh Isa! Big Sis! Are you here shopping!?" Mercy asked and Isabella has never been so happy to see Mercy as she is right now she can now drag her out of this arrogant man sight.

Isabella's eyes widened in relief when she heard Mercy's voice. She turned to see her younger sister approaching.

"Yes, I am," she said quickly.

She grabbed Mercy by the arm and started to lead her away from Chozen.

Chozen watched as Isabella dragged Mercy away, his expression unreadable. He was clearly frustrated that their conversation had been interrupted.

He clenched his jaw and muttered something under his breath before stalking off in the opposite direction.

Isabella let out a sigh of relief as she led Mercy further away from Chozen. She was still shaken up by the encounter and grateful for her friend unexpected appearance.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.

Mercy shrugged.

"I saw you from afar and thought I'd come over. Why? Did something happen?"

Isabella shook her head, trying to play it off.

"No, nothing happened. I just...ran into someone I didn't want to see."

She glanced over her shoulder, half expecting Chozen to have followed them.

Mercy raised an eyebrow, clearly sensing that something was off. She knew her sister well enough to know when she was hiding something.

"Isabella," she said softly.

"You can tell me if something's wrong."

Isabella felt a pang of guilt as she looked at her sister. She knew that Mercy could always tell when something was bothering her.

"It's nothing," she said quickly, trying to brush off the interaction with Chozen.

But Mercy wasn't fooled. She could see the tension in Isabella's body and hear the slight quiver in her voice.

Chozen on the other hand went back to Seraphine, Damien, Aunt Luna, and his Uncle Jax.

"How did that go?" Luna teased.

Chozen scowled and slumped into a chair.

"She's as infuriating as ever," he muttered, running a hand through his hair.

Seraphine chuckled softly.

"Sounds like you two had quite the encounter."

Chozen grumbled in response, still stewing over the encounter with Isabella.

"She's so damn stubborn," he said, clenching his fists.

"I just wanted to talk to her and she acted like I was a monster or something."

His bodyguards exchanged glances, not sure how to respond. They had seen their boss get angry before but he rarely let it show so openly.

Chozen took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. But he couldn't shake off the feeling of frustration and anger that was still bubbling inside him.

Saturday night

Isabella stepped out of the car and took a deep breath. She was feeling both excited and nervous at the same time.

She looked down at her dress, admiring how it hugged her curves in all the right places. She had spent hours getting ready, making sure that every detail was perfect.

Isabella looked up at the building in front of her, its grandeur and opulence taking her breath away. She could hear music and laughter coming from inside, signaling that the party was already in full swing.

As soon as Isabella walked inside everyone stopped and gazed at her beauty. Everyone looked at the beautiful whitish reddish dressing already knowing who the designer of this dress was God Fashion Designer. The heels she wore were golden silver they had butterflies on the side no one moved or talked. Chozen who was talking to couple of people and many people who wanted to gain his attention his eyes landed on Isabella he couldn't help himself but look at Isabella.

Isabella felt the weight of everyone's gaze on her as she walked into the room. She knew that they were all looking at her dress and heels, appreciating the beauty and craftsmanship.

She could feel Chozen's eyes on her too, and it made her heart skip a beat. She tried to ignore it and focus on finding a person.

*The emcee announced Isabella the crowd parted letting her walk past, she got onto the stage where the lights shown brightly on her. Her eyes landed on the person she was looking for as she walked over all the men hoped this beautiful goddess would choose them as she grabbed the blonde man by the hand the man turned around his eyes widen as he cracked a smile. Isabella turned around as if what she did was normal music started to dance. She could feel large heat of stare if one person Chozen he looked like he would kill this man.

Chozen watched as Isabella took the hand of the blonde man, his heart clenching in his chest. He couldn't believe that she was touching another man like that.

He clenched his fists at his sides, feeling a wave of anger wash over him. He wanted to storm up there and rip the man away from her.

Isabella could feel Chozen's eyes burning into her as she danced with the blonde man. She knew that he was angry or jealous but she didn't care.

Isabella moved with the music, her body flowing effortlessly as she danced with the blonde man. She could feel Chozen's eyes on her, but she didn't care. She was enjoying herself too much.

The crowd watched in awe as Isabella twirled around gracefully, each movement more beautiful than the last.

The man and Isabella looked like they have danced together before as the blonde man spun Isabella around she bent her back and she hooked her right leg around the blonde man who chuckled. Emily, Lucy, Lillian, Ella, Richard, and Mike were shocked how does Isabella know Michael Silver. Many people started to wonder who is this goddess.

Isabella felt the adrenaline coursing through her veins as she danced with Michael Silver. They moved together seamlessly, their bodies perfectly in sync.

She could see people staring at them from the corner of her eye, but she didn't care. She was too caught up in the moment to pay attention to anything else.

Chozen watched from afar, his jaw clenched tightly. He couldn't believe that Isabella was dancing so closely with another man. It made him sick to his stomach.

As he continued watching them dance together, Chozen felt a surge of jealousy and possessiveness wash over him.

Isabella continued dancing with Michael Silver, feeling the music pulse through her body. She didn't notice Chozen's gaze on her, too lost in the moment to pay attention to anything else.

As they danced, Michael Silver spun Isabella around again, their bodies moving together like they were made for each other.

Chozen felt his blood boil as he watched Isabella and Michael Silver dance together. He couldn't stand the sight of them so close to each other, their bodies moving in perfect sync.

He clenched his fists so tightly that his knuckles turned white. He wanted nothing more than to march over there and pull Isabella away from Michael Silver.
