Qin Zhuzhu quickly rushed down the stairs. She flipped on the switch and went up to him, scanning him.
"Are you okay? You don't look good," she said, concern evident in her voice.
"It's nothing," he replied, though his face looked uncomfortable.
"Do you have a stomachache?"
Shentu Jing looked at her without saying a word. Qin Zhuzhu knew she had guessed right. But why did he have a stomachache? Could it be the hotpot?
If Shentu Jing couldn't handle spicy food, why did he eat it?
"Wait a minute. I'll get you some medicine," she said.
Qin Zhuzhu had become familiar with the Shentu mansion after living there for over a month. She searched through the cupboards above the kitchen counter and found some pills.
"Here. Take these two pills," she hurriedly brought over the stomach medication.
