"That was just one piece of this nightmare," Kaelith said, kneeling beside a shard of the destroyed crystal. Her fingers hovered over it and drew back, wincing as she caught the faint energy still playing on the surface. "If this was just an anchor, then the Abyss has far more power concentrated elsewhere.
