Heart break

"I....Isa.. you are here."

Maria stammered. Isabel smirked. She was determined not to cry exppecially in front of them. Adrian recovered from his shock and said sheepishly

" Sweet.... heart, how long...no.. have you been standing there for too long "

Both Adrian and Maria held thier breaths, waiting for Isabel's reply. they just hoped that she would say no. Isabel on the other hand smiled sweetly and said

" ... Well yeah I've been here for lost, mmmh just in time to eavesdrop on your entire conversation"

Their faces turned sullen after hearing their words

" Wh.... What do you mean by that Isa "

Adrian asked. By now he was profusely sweeting

" Well I mean ...."

(turning to Maria)

"Maria.."

( And then she turned to Adrian )

" Sweet heart, how did it felt when you were fooling me. I can guess it was so great. Even trying to suck me dry huh.."

Adrian realized they were caught red-handed and dropped his act while saying emotionlessly

" .. It seems to me that you have figured it out. Since that is the case, let's make things more clearer between us. We...."

But before he could proceed to break up with her, Isabel harshly snappped

" Hush....dear. You are in no position to ditch me ok. I only have the right to ditch you and not the other way round..... So Adrian Carter it is over between us. You suck "

Right after saying it, Isabel felt a pang in her heart. Gosh... so they really betrayed her. They plotted against her and she was just dancing beautifully to thier tune. It was good that she ditched him because if Adrian was to say those words to her she wouldn't have been able to handle it. She gllaced at Maria and a strong wave of uncontrollable anger surged in her heart. She suddenly charged towards Maria and yelled

" You traitor,... "

Maria was totally caught off guard by Isabel's sudden attack. But she wasn't ready to loose in front of Isabel. Soon they were in a heated scuffle. Adrian was bedridden and couldn't do anything to separate them. He begun yelling for doctors or even nurses to come. During the scuffle, Isabel said

" You traitor, you are such a bitch. I treated you like my sister. I never once thought of you like the bitch you were. You dated to stab me in the back. Indeed you are such a great actress. A fucking whore too "

Maria scoffed

" Stabbed you in the back. Huh.... Isabel, you shouldn't be blaming me of your stupidness. Just because you are some spoiled brat, you blindly believed everything we said. Answer me is it my fault that you are stupid. In fact you were always the miss richy, while I was the miss goat following you. Did you think I was happy with that. You are so lucky your father has bedridden Adrian or I would have made sure we suck you dry "

Isabel furiously slapped Maria all of a sudden. Maria raised her hands ready to give her a slap but Isabel swiftly caught her hands in the air and said with gritted teeth.

" You dare not try..."

Then two nurses quickly entered the room. One of them said in panick

" Miss's, please, this is a hospital you both are disturbing the patients around. Look, there's even a patientin the ward."

As if she had heard nothing, Isabel again swiftly slapped Maria, before pushing her away. Maria's face was red and she held her cheeks in anger. Thereafter, she heard Isabel hissing

" Ingrate "

Right after saying that, she then pointed at Adrian and turned to the nurse. Then she sarcastically said

" Is he the so-called patient you are talking about. Actually does he looks anywhere closer to a patient "

The nurse was startled and slightly stammered

" Y.. yes "

Isabel devilishly smirked one more time. Then to everyone's surprised, she walked to Adrian and gave him two strong slap's.

" Smack ". " Smack "

The aftermath of the slap resounded in the room. Adrian upon coming to his senses felt his face red. Unintentionally he simultaneously yelled together with Maria

" Are you mad Isa "

"You are a lunatic "

But Isabel simply ignored both of them and tuned to the nurse and said

" He now looks like a patient. You know what, once his face becomes normal and you want him to still be a patient, call me or you can just slap him hard.is easy peasy "

Adrian really felt humiliated. Maria was seriously angered that she impulsively launched at Isabel furiously from the back. However, Isabel effortlessly dodged and Maria landed right on the cold floor to everyone's uttermost surprised. She cried in pain " Aaaaaaaah " . As if she hasn't seen anything, Isabel looked at the nuse apologetically and said

" I'm very sorry for the inconveniences caused. I'll be on my way... I just hope he would stay here forever."

Then she turned to Adrian and said with the coldest voice she could ever muster

" I wish my father had rather killed back then but.... this is not over, mark my words when I say you will both pay "

With that, she went away

Isabel walked to her car and sat in. She drove the car some few meters away and stopped. Then all of a sudden, she uncontrollably bawled in the car. No matter how hard she tried to be strong, the pain was still there. She was heartbroken as this was a great blow to her. She never thought two of the important people in her life could ever do such a heinous thing to her..... Adrian...., Thinking about that name made her cry louder. She had so foolishly chose him over her family. Everyone warned her but she wouldn't listen. Her aunt, her sister, her cousin,........ her father. They all warned her but she stupidly fell on deaf ears. So she has really been used. She felt her heart been ripped apart, Ike tiny pins pricking her delicate heart and it was so painful. No wonder,... No wonder they both bahaved that way. Everything makes sense now.
