It Can't be Like That

"FAST!" Carfeld shouted while running among the trees.

ROAARRR!!!

The group was being chased by another chimera that emerged out of nowhere, thankfully by then Carfeld had already gathered enough energy and stamina to move like how he used to, and because of that, the group was able to outrun the chimera through a complicated path taken by them, they puposely moved in between trees gap so that the chimera will have a hard time chasing them off because of its massive body.

"Huff.. Huff..."

"Carfeld, are you okay? You just recovered right? you used another aura back then.."

"Y- yeah no, i'm fine, really.. Anyway—

Carfeld stopped mid talk, his eyes were fixated onto something in the distance, ignoring everyone around him, curious as to what he was seeing so intensely, everyone else also took a glimpse of what Carfeld was seeing, infront of them, not so far from their location, was a normal sized tree, it isn't giant like the rest of trees that is surrounding them, and if they saw it, that could only mean one thing.

"Ha– Haha.. We did it, we left the inner forest!"

"Is this for real? Does that mean we're safe now?.."

"Let's go, don't waste any more time!"

"W- Wait!"

Meanwhile, back at the heart of the forest, Sylias finally came back to her senses, she looked scared and also anxious, there was a visible sweat forming on her forehead, one by one her hands moved away from her face and it was revealed that her eyes have gone back to normal.

"W- what am i—

It was like a lightning had struck Sylias's body, her eyes moved towards Rezio's inanimate body, seeing the sight of blood and also his gruesome condition caused an excruciating pain to be inflicted in Sylias's heart, her eyes started to shake, she remembered everything that she had ever done in the past 4 years after living in here, Sylias had no idea that her personality have changed this much ever since her reincarnation, she never thought in her entire life that she would murder other people for pleasure.

"T- this is.. This is not me— No way, what have i done–"

"URRGGGHH!!"

Sylias grunted in pain as she felt a sharp headache, she squeezed her head in between her arms, trying to somehow make the pain go away, but it was a futile effort, the pain was unbearable that Sylias thought her head might explode soon, but that wasn't the case, instead she unexpectedly woke up in a completely new and strange place, her conciousness has shifted to inside her mind, it was dark, like an endless void.

'W- Where am i.. What is this?!' She thought as she looked around, only to find nothing but the void.

'D- did i die again—GUH!'

A cold breeze hit Sylias like an ice block, her body shivered and out of instinct she turned around to see what might have send that breeze, and after Sylias turned around, there she saw an exact clone of her, standing not far away and is staring right at her eyes.

'H- huh..'

The clone moved its finger and pointed it towards Sylias, it then releases another cold breeze, but this time Sylias was able to see what it was, turns out that cold breeze was the Aura that the clone exude, the aura had a deep blue color, enough to charm whoever catched a glimpse of it.

'WHO ARE YOU!'

Sylias tries to speak with her mouth, but nothing was heard, she can't produce any noise or sound, even though she can clearly hear the sound of wind that came from the clone's aura.

'gasp...'

Her mouth stretched wide open, she gasped in utter disbelief, at that moment, Sylias saw an anchor shape forming at the back of her clone, not only that, there was a purple halo that is also formed above the clone's head, its as if her clone is trying to use it's battle form, deep black purple flame rampaged around the clone's body while a strong wind slapped Sylias like an iron paper, in a brief moment, Sylias's thought about one thing..

'T- That is– No way, that aura, that color, it's Abyssal Hunter!!'

There was another reason as to why Serpent Journey was dubbed as one of the most beautiful MMORPG there is, and one of the reason is the fact that all of the classes in the game has a specific Aura that can be toggled on and off depending on the users preference, and these class auras have always shattered the expectation of its users, through a combined effort of multiple experts, Serpent Journey's dev was able to create a stunning yet beautifully crafted badass aura that fits perfectly for each classes.

For example, a battlemage user will have a sword and magic staff at each side connected via a luminous line towards the user, while their character and the ground is devoured by bright aura flame.

Its not an exception to Abyssal Hunter, as the rarest Class there is in Serpent Journey, Abyssal Hunter will obviously have one of the most insane aura in it, with an intricate anchor on the character's back, a purple halo, and also a violent souls constantly suffering in silence, rotating around the user's character, not to forget the giant aura flame that covered almost a 10 meters radius.

In the game, peopled loved this addition as it makes their character looks cooler and also to give a lot of ideas for roleplayers, it's an RPG after all.

'Urgh.. I remember Abyssal King Serpent is a boss that can only be found at the Abyss, located deep under the sea, does that clone represent my Abyssal Hunter class?..' Sylias thought.

With no warning whatsoever, the clone uses Abyss Hand, multiple pair of dark purple hands shoots out and moved towards Sylias at an incredible speed, Sylias who got surprised by the sudden attack flinched and reflexively dodged, her cheeks was grazed, causing a small cut.

'AGH!!'

The Abyss Hands that just misses its attack, turned back and quickly flew to Sylias's direction again, it was fast, Sylias almost couldn't react, she tried to dodge in time, however her timing was a tiny bit late and she got caught by her clone's Abyss Hands.

'NO! KEUKK!!'

It grabbed her by the neck, and Sylias was forced to get dragged closer to her clone, the pressure that came from the Abyssal Hunter aura was not a joke, its equivalent to a pressure that one would usually feel when diving at deep sea water without any protection, Sylias could feel her body breaking slowly, if she gets any closer than this, it would become very dangerous.

'D- Dont fucking UNDERESTIMATE ME!!' ARRGHH!!'

At first, nothing really happened, however after a second passed, a huge smoky shark fin emerged from the invisible void ground and a giant shark, approximately 8 meters in length, bit the Clone's Abyss Hand and severed its connection from Sylias's clone.

Sylias then was released from the Abyss Hand's grasp, and she fell to the ground with a thud, Creature Of The Abyss isn't just for summoning shark, but it also summons many more creature from the abyss, like the Abyssal Piranhas and Abyssal Serpent, not a king, but a normal serpent, and it was enough, since a normal adult serpent can reach up to 4 meters wide and 20 meters long.

'I did it, now it's only—

Turns out, Sylias might have something wrong in her brain, since she didn't thought about the clone using the same spell as her.

The clone summoned the same monster and they all fought against eachother, like fighting a mirror, all of the monsters have the same abilities, making it a contest of pure skill and luck.

'URGHH, I DIDN'T THINK OF THAT.. FUCK, C- COME ON!'

Just then, Sylias felt a stinging sensation that forces her to look at the clone.

As if she was right, the clone uses another spell from the Class, this time it was Void Ripple, a spell that summons a massive shockwave in large radius, essentially cutting anything that come in contact with the shockwave, be it plants, humans, beasts, or even wind.

'UGH!!'

The shockwave is coming, Sylias prepared herself for the impact and relentlessly thought about ways to escape from the attack, she can dash backward but who knows if the shockwave would still be there after the radius hits the limit, after all this is no longer a game, this was her new reality and she needs to anticipate every single different outcomes that might happen.
